How is everyone keeping? Iv still got the sickness / nausea and some heartburn Second tri hasn't been the breeze I'd hoped for.

Glad your scan went well!!

All good here - having the odd off day recently due to heartburn at night so not sleeping, a few dizzy spells and work related stress. But then little miss has a kick about and the world seems right again!! OH is cracking on with decorating her bedroom (well he was until he decided he wants it all plastering!!) then he announced we are having a new kitchen next month so the house is upside down currently! I've told him everything needs to be back in its place by the 1st September as I want to wind down at that point!! He's clearly taken nesting into caveman mode! Xx

MillersMissus wow a lot going on in your house then!? I live in rented so can't currently decorate at the moment which is poo. Don't know how I'm going to negotiate a boy and girl sharing a room at the moment. Gone for all white furniture and may just add pops of colour to either side of their room to personalise it slightly! Going to buy my daughter a toddler bed next week as she's still in her cot bed at the moment. Didn't know whether to do that or just buy another cotbed so that they have one each.

Haven't heard from Prettypea sorry platypus, hope she's okay! Xxx

I was thinking same...hope everyone's doing well! My bumps starting to expand! Had to get a maternity swim suit for aqua-natal! And we have a baby shower end of August eeek! My mum in law and husband are organising it! Anyone else got one planned xx

I have a baby shower planned but for the start of October also planning on starting aquanatal when I go on maternity in a few weeks xx

I'd love a baby shower, but I have individual friends rather than one group so it would be an awkward day as no one would know each other.

All good here - got my 26 week appointment today. Need to go and get measured for new bras as well as I think I'm going to burst out of the ones I'm in now - they have grown over the last 2 weeks!!!! Xx

Dd is currently on school holidays and I just know these next 6ish weeks will fly and then I will be nearly single weeks countdown. This pregnancy is flying but dds seemed to drag xx anyone else's going slow? X

Times seems to have slowed down a bit now for me, but the next few weeks will fly as we have buts around the house to do, 4D scan, OH working away. I know my mat leave starting will be here before I know it (9 weeks to go!!) xx

Not much to be honest!! Think 25/26 week are same appointment really. Just urine check, blood pressure, carbon monoxide check, general health and wellbeing really x

I will be staring my Mat leave in approx 10 weeks as using holidays up eeeeek x

I'm taking 2 weeks holiday then maternity leave officially starts on the 17th October. I can't wait to finish and leave that place behind for a year!! Xx

24 weeks now!!! Yipeee, feels like another big milestone reached. My house is upside down too, New kitchen being fitted so have an array of plumbers, electricians trudging in and out!
Babies room is next on the list but think it might not be done before baby arrives.
Have been buying a few bits a pieces for baby which makes it all feel so much more real.
Starting to be able to see baby move and OH can feel it most days now too. Just waiting for my daughter to be able to feel it.
She came to my midwife appointment with me yesterday and was so excited to hear the heartbeat.
Just on two weeks annual leave now then back for 8 weeks then maternity leave starts at 34 weeks. Seems like no time at all.

9 weeks on Friday for me Tootie (or 34 working days - not that I'm counting!!). I'm so ready for it now xx

Hi all!! How are we all getting on? OH has finished painting the nursery today - just need the blind and curtain pole, carpet is being laid Monday and furniture has been ordered. I'm so excited to get this done!! It's all very plain so will start looking for wall decoration to add (looking at Winnie and pooh canvases and a button art framed thing of her initial (if you get me!!) xx

Sounds beautiful Miller! My two will have to share so can't really decorate too much and were in rented so not allowed to paint! However I'm planning to do canvases and decorate both sides of their room with personal things xxx
