i'm having a terrible week diet wise! people keep making me really fattening meals, plus wine and chocolate, damn it! i'm so weak, not got off to a great start, must try harder.....
I'm 11.7, that's 1lb heavier than last week I've started exercising this week too! I often find when I start to exercise I get heavier, maybe it's muscle??! I feel huge this morning tho, will try harder next week!
No weight loss for me this week - trying to get my waist measurement down so finally measured it and it's 31" (Booooooooo) so my goal measurement is 28"
