Ttc shit boat - long term ttcers

Hey ladies. Just checking in. Ive not being on here each day is making time appear to go faster... so its not something you all did. Lol!

We are in the midst of our fertile window at the moment so doing what the doctors said and BD'ING. Fingers crossed this month!

Well I saw the haematologist yesterday and he confirms I have a definite blood test history of sticky blood. He's says I'll need to take aspirin and clexane from bfp. I asked about taking aspirin from OV to AF and he said it won't hurt me but he doesn't think it's necessary and he doesn't recommend it. But I'm gonna give it a go this month and see what happens.

I've got the preconception diabetic clinic appt moved from 6 Aug to Tuesday next week saying I'll be 43 before I see them otherwise and every month is precious. So I'll finally have some advice there.

Fx for you Peroni.
Good luck with yr ultrasound Foxy.
Wow Millie. Can't believe your mum said that. How r yr follies growing?

Good luck to those bding.

That is good to have some answers Violet at least it means you can plan accordingly. Also great you managed to move your appointment forward.

Not much going on here, another day another pg announcement from a couple who will now have had two babies in the time we have been trying for one. Yey. As usual feeling jealous and then guilty for feeling jealous. Why can't it be out turn.

I'm CD5 and something is up with my AF, it has been super light, only when wiping and not had a single drop of red blood this cycle. Need some help with my lining. Everything says it is due to pcos but obviously not going to stand a chance of a bfp if there is no lining there for it to get into. I may try a GP appointment but it isn't long until our next fertility app so with the wait at our docs it may be quicker to wait for that.

CD18 for me. Think I ovd last week around CD12 so fingers crossed for a March 16 baby... Anyone else got any news?

I'm currently on northesterone because my bleed was too much to handle. As soon as I take 1 tab a little late a tap is turned on and I'm flooded. Unusual for me!!

Hubby and I have wondered whether it was a CP or something because it's just all been different. Different to when I have a heavy bleed for sure. Going to give it a week on this and see how I go!

12 dpo and bfn this morning. Wasn't really expecting anything else so I don't know why I did it! I have really low hcg naturally so if implantation happened on the most common day (9dpo) and my level was 1 then it can't possibly be high enough this morning to show. Argh, fingers crossed.

Sounds awful. What's a CP?

I think its a Chemical Pregnancy, I'm not an expert but I think this is when the embreo attaches produces HCG but then fails to implant properly resulting in a 'Chemical Pregnancy', please correct me Sugarpop if I'm wrong xxxx

Well I'm on Cycle 13 and last cycle of Clomid, upped my dosage to 150mg so I'm hoping this is the month

Snowbee, sorry for the BFN hun, lets hope its too early, I didn't get a BFP till 14dpo with my Little boy and BFN every day up to that

lets hope we all get of the boat soon xxxx

Feeling like such a failure. BFN this morning. Why isn't it happening? I can't do any more

:hugs:Sorry to hear that. Maybe your lap will reveal another issue? A girl who had hers at the same time as me in 2013 got pregnant the month after hers.:)

Been very tearful today. I feel very out of control and overwhelmed by my emotions and unhappiness. I don't know how to kick start some positivity, or *somehow* forget TTC. It's bringing me down just too much, and the negativity can't be good. How do you cope? Any suggestions? I wish I could be happy with what I've already got.

My progesterone level after O was 166 this month! That's so super high. Can it be "too" high, and maybe be a hindrance? Clutching at straws here - but I seem to be producing at least 2 eggs a month, but still no luck.

Can anyone experience tell me (and sorry for sounding stupid), if I have undiagnosed problems (blocked tubes ect), would I still have high progesterone levels? I'm not sure what happens to the egg, or whether the same hormones would still be present.

Ooh wow thats an amazing level kitty I'd say two eggs for defo! Not sure if it can be too high, maybe have a search?
Yeah I think you would still have high levels I think the egg just gets trapped, not entirely sure though xxx

I think it can be too high, but it would be in the 1000s not 100s for that. Blocked tubes wouldn't affect the progesterone but would affect the egg being able to get to the uterus. Kitty have you had an hsg? They will only prescribe clomid after having one here in case there is an issue with tubes. Hopefully your lap will clear that up for you. How many rounds of clomid have you done, 3 or 4 now? 'Normal' people only have a 20% chance each month so don't get too down about it you need to stay positive and believe you can get there.

I'm out btw, CD2 here. Also no longer worried about my lining, I seem to have been saving it up sorry tmi. So this was a 24 day cycle this time. Upped my AC and my iron levels and hoping to ov CD11/12 again this cycle. I've also had a letter from our clinic cancelling our next clomid app, now waiting for a new date. Damn the holiday season as I've no idea when it will get changed to.

Sorry your feeling so down kitty and that your out snowbee, hopefully your new appointment is soon. Me and oh haven't even bothered trying this month.

We've had a pretty shit month, at the beginning we found out that my husband has a zero sperm count and can't retest for 3 months and then today I was told my progesterone level is to low so need to have another blood test done.

Oh foxy I'm sorry it's so hard :-( have they given oh any recommendations / supplements to take until his next test? My hubby has low count and low morph and motility, and there's a few girls here also in the same boat X

No not given him anything. He does bodybuilding and they want him to stop all the supplements he takes to see if that could be the cause so just got to wait and then go from there.

Had my ultrasound this morning and the nurse said everything looks fine so atleast we've had a bit of good news :)

Xx

Sorry to hear that Foxy. I think bodybuilding may be a factor in low sperm count. Hope you can get some help.
