Hi girls managed to jump on before going out to watch hubby play rugby.
Watched paranormal 3 last night (scary!) and treated him to a huuuuge frankie and bennys meal. treating him to an indian tonight too....question is crry ok to eat in ur 2ww? prob a stupid question but wanted to check incase the spices affected pregnancy? as i know they encourage you to at it when ur past ur due date to ring labour on but not sure if its ok if in early stages which lets be honest we may be if in our 2ww. chuffd to see af hasnt got any of you girls xxxxx

I know there are lots of foods you can not eat while preggers and certain foods can help while TTC but I HOPE there isnt food that can stop you from getting pregnant --------that would not be fair!!! LOL x

I am having a less positive day today. I dont know why...my boobs are sore, diet coke tastes different etc but just dont know if I 'feel' pregnant now xx

Again when in bed last night I felt I had period pains but again today nothing....not complaining as the longer the better x

Well my peak days where on the 18th and 19th Oct so im counting from the 20th what makes it 10 today - is that how you do it? It was the same peak days as you wasnt it so you are on L phase day 10 also??

Did you watch the link about The journey of sperm - really interesting! its about 55 mins long so dont open it until you have time.....STOP I said dont open it until you have time! LOL

I have some tips to get pregnant . You should lay down for 10 to 15 mints after sex .
one more is you should try to get pregnant after your periods .

I love mints but 15 would be to many

Lisey. Turn that frown upside down Some people have NO symptoms then they dont get af & they test & there like omg i never even had no symptoms hehehe. Dont panic hun, & its good to take up a hobbie that relaxes you, like knitting dvds & lots of laughter in the 2ww they say laughter is the medicine to your bfp. So i had my laughters worth watching alan carr the other night & watching that Derren Brown Game Show last night did anyone watch it omg what the audiance did to that poor lad

As for me, i had some more twinges on my lower left side this morning but according to my ticker i have not yet implanted cant stop needing to wee either.

Hi hun, to count your lutal phase its the day after ovulation to the day you come on your period, so count day 1 from the day after you supposed to of ovulated. I have seen the journey of the sperm before, its also on you tube eek, you dont realise how much effort these have gotta put in to get to the egg lol! did you also see what looked like elastic bands come up & grab the sperms so the sperms have to dodge them & try to get past them. There supposed to be a womans immune system, it wont let the sperm come in thats why out of all that many millions of sperm only 3 or 4 make the journey Its nice to know though isnt it that we was the greatest faster queen of the sperm we made it to that egg!

Thanks hun, yeah im counting the L phase correctly then 10 days today YIPPEE!

Yeah those pour little spermies, was so sad how hard they was trying but still getting problems on the way - it makes you understand now why sometimes it takes so long to get preggers!

You are right, some people have no symtoms. I think its just nerves plus really tired as can't get to sleep at night.

yeh i think im gonna have to try and watch that sperm race, sounds interesting, may put things into persepctive too as to why we dont get pg straight away, make me a bit more accepting of waiting for the bfp maybe.

symptoms today are: -
alot of twinges and cramping in abdomen
VERY hormonal to point had a tiff with dh over pretty much nothing and burst out crying. felt such an idiot lol!

oh and im not that brave going to see paranormal activity 3, i was bricking it as im awful with horrors, but it was dh's birthday and he wanted to see it so couldnt say no really lol it was good tho believe it or not xxx

Yeah I watched it earlier and i was hooked, is a bit scary (not in same way as paranormal activity 3 i imagine!) when you see all those little spermies dying but very interesting

I havent really got any signs I dont think, I have still got sore nipples (actually they are very sore) but get that around AF time anyways. Im just really glad that iv reached day 10 of my L phase so hopefully it will hold out a few more days to at least 12 days and then I can really GO FOR IT next month to get my little bundle of joy. xx

hi pink butterfly...ur nipple symptom sounds good so u may not have to "go for it" next month as you may get ur bfp this cycle ooo il defo watch it tomorro then...i think if it was scary like paranormal activity no-one would want to ttc lol

I think I'm out this month as I had a big temp drop (14dpo) almost down to my cover line so I think AF is going to appear very soon, the witch! So I'm just routing for you guys now... Who's testing next?

TimTam - Well im still going to keep my fingers and toes crossed for you hun, as they say your not out until the witch appears and even though its Halloween doesnt mean she will get ya x

Bellarina - Yeah would be great to get my BFP this month but to be honest im more interested in making sure my body is ready (as much as you can) thats why im putting all my concentration on keeping an eye on the L phase, taking vit tablets and making notes on what days this month I got my high and peaks on the CBFM. Have you watched the sperm race yet? What did you think of it if you have?? x

lisey - Is your monitor flashing a m - think that means our period are due anyday now...hoepfully they will not come! Im so happy iv got to day 11 with out AF as was really really (as you prob could guess) really para about it, for some reason I convinced myself that I would have a really extra short L phase and I would have major problems with it - god first month im TTC and Im already worried about everything!!! LOL

Star - Hows things going with you hun, most of the time when you post on here you are helping all of us with 101 questions x

Hi all,

Hope your all well and that all the evil witches are staying away.

I have been feeling so odd yesterday and today, my head feels really strange, its hard to explain, light headed and heavy at the same time, so dizzy and was sick (only a little and watery) twice last night.
So sooooo moody and irritable aswell!!
I did a test today but not with FMU, I am pretty sure its BFN, at first I thought I saw the very faintest of something but think its just wishful thinking xx
