ha me too day 8 today, except im not feeling v well at the moment - think caught a bug at work - so the last thing i wanna do is get jiggy with it but babies dont make themselves now do they!!

I did an opk today, negative but a faint line,

I've already had the first month of SMEPing messed up, stoopid body doing stoopid things. Missed BDing on CD10 (Friday) cos I ended up in hospital with abdominal pains and swelling. Didn't feel up to it Friday or Saturday, fingers crossed for today!!

So I won't be every two days up to ov, but hopefully it won't make that much of a difference since I've still got a week or so til ov day.

steffy -congrats!! how long did you do for smep for before your BFP? Did you stick to the rules completely?? This is my second month SMEPing so hoping it works!

This was our 4th month TTC, but first doing SMEP. We bd day 8, 10, 12 then opks lines started to appear and get darker from day 13 to day 15, so we actually bd 13, 14, 15 and 16. So 1 extra night. We also used concieve plus day 13 and 14, but didnt need to day 15 as lots of EWCM (TMI PROBS). Was also my 2nd cycle on Agnus Castus which may of helped hormone boost xx xx

I don't know how you ladies manage with SMEP!

We were meant to BD last night (did on thurs) and I fell asleep on DH!!

Managed to this morning so hopefully that'll be ok.

Babybo - sorry the witch got you hun - really thought you might have it this month! Oh well onto october for us...... she got me too today. In some ways glad cos now I can go on hols too (going sat for 2weeks) and can enjoy some serious roller coasters and a little cocktail drinking.

Maybe I'll find my own fountain of fertility in the deep south on our road trip.

Started some baby aspirin this month as my new thing too, will have to see what that does for me as well as SMEPing which lets face it should be easy whilst on holiday!!!

Congrats again steffy and good luck taffy and itsbaby time this week with opks etc

I might be back in the ttc saddle, cd12 after erpc and cd69 since mc and I appear to have stopped bleeding! So excited to start bd'ing again! Going to start with every other night until I get my pos opk, I'm sure oh won't mind as only dtd 2-3 times since May! So we got loads to catch up on xx

Yay for lots of BD - I'm looking forward to a holiday of sauciness! Even catch my fertile time while away which is nice, but not going to take any OPKs etc going to just chill out. I will however take my vits and aspirin! Still dosing DH!!
