SMEP - who is using this/or has been sucessfull with this

We tried SMEP this month too, was going well until I got a sick lulabelle the day after she got sick I got a positive OPK

And it turns out the doc was wrong about it being a mixture of sweat and friction - turns out its a cyst vvveeerrrryyy sore, so BD is on hold until poor Lulabelle makes a full recovery.

So I'm officially SMEPing this month, last month was honeymoon so just at it all the time, it did work out roughly SMEP but not quite.
On track so far, I'm doing OPKs on odd days (starting at CD7) and BDing on even days (starting at CD8), then will OPK every day around ov and will BD every day around ov!!
Got it all worked out this month, no chance the witch is getting me this time

Oh and by the way when I say 'I'm' SMEPing this month, it's because if I tried to explain it to DH he'd lose interest immediately so I'm not telling him in advance we're doing it! I'll just need to be especially sexy every second night til ov time

Hey ladies, sorry I have been quiet on here the last few days, just abit down. Cd8 and still bleeding post erpc, so looks like I won't be starting SMEP tonight! And my cycle will probably be all over the place, and least the opk's are negative at the mo so hopefully they will pick ov for me whenever that will be.

Jayjay sorry to hear that lulabelle isn't well, hopefully u caught the eggy by bd'ing before ur pos opk, fx for u xx

Baby mama and Leesey welcome to smep'ing, my oh doesn't know about the plan either but does know I have opk's so hoping I don't scare him into not wanting any! Although I could say I have a negative opk, when it's positive to throw him off the scent a little bit (he found my opk stash, so had to explain them lol)
