Taffy - im cycle day 4 now so thinking we are cycle day buddies again!

Ive not really been on here, another 3 pregnancies were anouced at my work in he last 4 days! that a total of 14 pregnancy annoouncements in 20 months which I think is a huge proportion for the number of staff. Just kinda makes me think when is it my turn, im doing everything right! grrrrrr.

i work for a massively profitable global company so its not a problem for them. they r pretty generous we get 6months full maternity pay and private family health care so cant complain. thats prob why so many preggo people lol!

Taffy your positivity is inspirational. Trying to bear it in mind as seem to have been in a terminal mood this 2ww. I think its payback from feeling so inexplicably amazing last month!!!

Will be 11DPO tomorrow and testing bright and early with IC! Trying hard to remember that last time didn't get BFP until 13dpo.... Got the 2010 calendar out last night and checked this!!

Fliss - that's very sweet, I am trying so hard to be positive but I must admit I've had a knock today. My SIL has just emailed me to say she might be pregnant. If she is that will be her and my OH cousin that are recently pregnant. It's really hit me, especially as my SIL wasn't even trying until I (stupidly) mentioned we were then bam she's pregnant! I'm not sure whether I should suggest to OH that we wait for a bit, I just feel like it'll look like were jumping on the bandwagon.

Hey girls Iv never really heard about SMEP till joining this forum and upon looking into it, it seems to make sense, but do you really have to have been pregnant before to do it, as some sites say you do???? probbaly a silly question but thought id put it out there xx

Hey hun, from what I've read (and believe me I'm no expert) they do recommend SMEP for women that have suffered miscarriages. However the basis is just to bd A LOT!! So I can't see why anyone can't follow the plan and be successful. Does anyone think differently? xxx

I think its because if your OH has a lower sperm count the every day bit can be a bit ah.. depleting! However, most guys have a normal one unless their lifestyle is shocking.

The mc part is because if you have got preggers before, your OH is assumed to be "normal"

BFN this morning - boooo!! Still no AF yet though and no sign of her, so still in the game!

We tried SMEP this month but think we peaked before i ovulated! Af still not arrived yet so not out until she shows!

We tried SMEP this month too, was going well until I got a sick lulabelle the day after she got sick I got a positive OPK

And it turns out the doc was wrong about it being a mixture of sweat and friction - turns out its a cyst vvveeerrrryyy sore, so BD is on hold until poor Lulabelle makes a full recovery.

Yep I know Im lucky working where I do, its hard word but very rewarding, esp when it comes to annual payrise and bonus day, woo hoo roll on january! have you seen the price of prams etc i'm gonna need it!
