Slimming world buddies

Well by some miracle I lost 4lb last week,that was after 3 takeaways and a v v boozy night out!! So been extra good this week although my scales r sayin that I've put on??!! Official wi 2mrw evenin tho so time will tell :)

I've also started running!! I have a book called runnin made easy and it reckons I should b able to run/walk for 40 mins within 10 weeks, I can't see it myself but gonna give it a go anyway,done run 1,walk 3 this week :D
 
Yeah i STUPIDLY weighed this morning and have only 1lb off - gutted!!! but i dont know if my scales weigh heavier than SW's , so disappointed lol as this is my first week was expecting bout 5lb off xxx
 
4lb off this week :D need 4.5 lb for my 2 stone award-hopon to get that in a fortnight xx

i'm totally motivated, am going on the lash saturday night, so im going syn free for a few days to allow which im finding no probs to do anyway tbh, i will drink vodka and diet club before i go out but when im out they dont serve diet club orange so ill probs be having fat club orange :/ but anywhooos im having a night off andddd i usually have chinese which im not haiving before!!

i made the syn free curry last night was lush BUT there was mint in it which i defo wudnt use next time!!

hows everyone else doing?? xxx

I had burger and chips this evening :) well syn free chips and quorn burger in a wholemeal bap, it was yummy :D

Had a good day, loving the mug shots for a quick lunch/snack :)

yeah do it!!

Free curry sauce

1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp finely grated ginger (I dont like ginger but still used it and couldn't taste it)
1tbsp hot or med curry powder
400g tin chopped tomatoes
57ml/2fl oz veg stock
2 tbspn sweetner
57g/ 2oz natural yoghurt or Quark/fromage frais
1tbspn chopped mint
1 tbspn chopped coriander

Chop onions and crush garlic. Spray frying pan with fry light and place on heat - add onion, garlic, and ginger and fry for 1-2 mins before adding curry powder.
Stir and cook for another couple of mins then add tomatoes, sweetner and stock.
Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer gently for 12-15 mins.
Then blitz sauce in food processor or with hand blender, and return to heat. Heat gently then add quark/yoghurt/fromage frais and herbs.

on hindsight i would lose the mint!! but yummy!!!

also a tip i learnt at sw, if u make the sachet of sugar free jelly and while its hot mix it with a muller light and let it set in a jelly pot it makes like a mousse nom nom xxx
 
ooooh its weigh in tonight!! theres lots of diet threads i might make one big one and see if everyone can discuss weight loss might keep people more motivated xxx
 
My wi tonight aswel-really hoping for 2lb so my 2 stone award is in reach for next week xx
