I've been on steroids for 3 and half years now and my weight has crept up to 13 stone..
Ideally I would love to loose the weight but I don't eat the wrong things so any suggestions?
I'm a brittle asthmatic so much exercise is a no go! :shakehead:

Don't give up. You can do it!
Personally for me, exercises and gym don't work. I do a lot of Zumba especially in the evening, don't eat after 6 p.m.
What do you usually eat and when?

It's not so much what you eat as how much, and I believe steroids can cause increased hunger? Start a food diary, recording everything that you eat (and drink) and calculate the calories.

The average woman needs about 2000 kcals a day, but weight, height and how active you are determine this - there are lots of online calculators to work this out. To lose weight aim to eat 250-500 kcals less than this each day (this should lead to .5-1lb weight loss per week). You don't need to exercise to lose weight.

Best tip for starting to lose weight is to weigh and measure, especially high calorie foods eg use measuring spoons to add oil to your cooking pan. Some foods you'd be surprised how little the recommended portion is eg breakfast cereal or peanut butter, so it can be very easy to eat too much even if your diet is overall healthy.

Good luck with your weight loss journey.

I agree with you.
Personally, I use Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker app. You can take by the link. It's free to download and has a friendly interface. You can try different apps, even paper notes, just what will work better for you.
Logging calories is a very helpful thing.

Try my fitness pal. It an app. I've lost 2 stone so far with it. Xx

I agree, MFP is a very useful app for logging your food. Just be wary of where you access their Community forums as they have been hijacked by (extremely graphic) porn adverts!!

Here’s what I’d recommend doing: low calorie diet + exercise + Nivele cream (to lift the skin and burn the fat). Losing weight is only effective when everything is working together.

Before losing weight, I recommend that you cleanse your body. For example, Dr. Parell provides a good detox effect of the whole body. When you’re healthier it’s so much easier to lose weight.
