Just before you ovulate you may experience a slight dip but then you should get a bit of a jump and raised temperatures for 3 days in a row at least to confirm ovulation.

Your fertile window will start a few days before ovulation (mine starts on Thursday, not expecting to ovulate until Monday) on Ovia so keep DTD and testing.

Vepsa thank you, that really makes sense. Where can i see my chart on Ovia? I have only recently been putting my BBT into the app so new to this bit.
I really want to see them dark lines on my OPK's x

I’m so nervous about this cycle. I’m cd 7 today. We’re following SMEP so will start DTD tomorrow. Hopefully my cycle is exactly the same as the previous two because due to work my OH will be away for work from cd 10 until the evening of cd 13, I should ovulate on cd 15 and then I fly out for work on cd 16.

We literally only have those 3.5 days together during my fertile period this month so hopefully I won’t do anything silly like ovulate early or late!

That’s a really good question. I use fertility friend which displays the chart below the calendar. I only started plugging stuff into Ovia this month so I think if you go to More and then fertility chart then that’s your chart but I prefer the layout of the FF one so I don’t look at the chart on Ovia much.

Moving over from august thread. The witch has hit me today, i just feel so deflated and like giving up. So hard month in, month out. Is today day 1 of my new cycle?

Sorry to hear that Stacey89, yes, today is cd1.

The first day is the hardest I always find, the reality vs. the tww bubble of hope is a killer. Tomorrow will be better, it’s a new cycle, this will be the one!

I'm 4 or 5dpo today. And had full intention of holding out til 3rd Sept to test... But I'm fighting the urge to test now! Rational Emma knows it far far to early, but crazy Emma needs to pee on something haha

I am testing on the 4th so maybe we could try and help eachother get through it!!

I can't make promises chattychar, my willpower sucks! but I'd love to test with you... I might get OH to hid the tests. But then he'd have to hid the bank card too coz i'd only go and buy more. Lord help me! Haha

i just did my 2pm OPK and for the first time this cycle i see a faint red line. You would never believe how excited i got lol. I took a photo and was going to attach but the camera hasn't really picked it up as good as i see it in person.
Anyways... i'm over the moon that ovulation is almost here

I’m CD6 as well Vintageling. Still bleeding though so no fun for me for a couple of days.
My periods start off slow and don’t turn into an episode of casualty till about day 4 and that’s when my temperature drops too. However, they usually stop pretty abruptly too so I should be good to go by CD 8. Unlikely to ovulate till about day 17 then about an 11 day luteal phase before I get the tell tale brown tinged CM that means AF is soon to visit. Sorry, that’s probably TMI!

stay strong lady i pee on ovulation tests if i have the overwhelming urge to pee on a stick because they are cheaper then my pregnancy tests
