Hi ladies im looking for some advice regarding what foods we can / cant eat now we are expecting.
Is deli meat cold slices of beef or turkey in a packet safe to eat ?
My doc appointment is Fri so wont get any expert advice till then.

I had pepperoni etc from subway the other day..not sure if its the same thing and whether it's allowed or not..I think I ate it throughout my daughters pregnancy lol.
Only things I strictly avoid are pate and alcohol and brie cheese and all those chooses etc which I don't really eat anyway. I don't really eat fish a lot so never had to worry about that.
I have dippy eggs too as long as they are lion stamped but to try not to lick the bowl out when baking xx

Yeah the packaged beef and turkey slices from supermarkets that are cold and eaten cold.
Also is semi skimmed milk safe to have. (It states on nhs not to have unpasteurized or raw milk) not sure what semi skimmed is ?

Yeah I think those meats are fine and milk is defo fine all standard milks sold in the usual cartons are fine xx

Yay, how exciting.

Just realised I’m a fraud as actually due on 30th Aug eeek.
I forgot to adjust my cycle length as I only have a 24 day cycle!

Same here! Adjusted mine to the correct cycle length and my due date is actually 31st August. Ah well, staying here anyway!

Cyclizine I can't cope without them and even on their highest dosage I'm still being sick several times a day and feeling nauseous all day! xx

Maybe go back and ask for a different type? Sounds like you need something stronger. Ondansetron are so much better xxxx

Yeah I might. I don't even want to take tablets cuz my doctor keeps saying I should try keeping tablets to a minimum but I'm on the highest dosage and still not functioning! Xx

Congratulations all, lovely to see you're all getting on ok.
I got my BFP today, making me 4 weeks exactly.
I burst in to tears when I saw the line, I think mainly out of fear that I might lose this one as well and partly upset as I don't want my little angel boy to think I'm trying to replace him.
Don't know if I'll ever get back to that happy excited time I had in my first pregnancy, as I'm certain I'm going to lose another
Really don't want to bring the group down though ... will you still have me?
My provisional EDD is 12th september.
