Hi ladies, scan all done - measured exactly 8+1 which is what I thought! Could see a beautiful heartbeat going crazy! You can’t really see much on the picture but I have another scan at 12 weeks so hopefully we will have a clearer one then!

I told my employers today and a few people in work, the rest will probably find out tomorrow or later this week. Makes it all seem really real all of a sudden (as if the tiny active baby didn't do that).

They were fine, thank you. Surprised I think, but no bad reactions so far. Hopefully it will stay that way!

Is everyone else waiting until after their 12 week scan to tell non-family and friends?

Good news! Im measuring 7+5 so bang on for 19/9. Saw heart beat so very relieved. Only have a disk so will post pic later once ive worked out how to do it xx

Elven - We've already told everyone, mainly because my two would tell everyone anyway haha!

I have felt awful the past week or so- nausea, exhaustion, a little breathless. Then I read that someone suggested ice lollies... I feel so much better! So lovely to see you all having such good scans- I have my first MW appt next Monday. But no idea if they’ll scan me or not! I really hope they do!

That's lovely, I never realised how much I loved baby scans until the past few weeks. Such a lovely thing to have.

May as well share ours from Saturday, a bit blurry as I think I had too much to drink beforehand and she didn't want to press down too hard, but I love it nonetheless.
