Have a hen night weekend after next, I'm pregnant, another friend is four weeks behind me and the sister in law of the bride organizing it is about 28 weeks with twins pmsl - The main part of the night is cocktail making!! I'm only going for dinner in the evening as we have a family baby blessing and lunch the same day though.

Still struggling with these on/off headaches.

So excited baby has made itself known last night felt so many twinges at left side of belly was to often for coincidence lol

Im lucky this time baby is on the right, so I know my flutters arent gas bubbles

Im getting wriggles now and then, but nothing frequent.

Yay for movement.

OMG the temp they got at work over a year ago who was made permanent but was utterly useless and has been driving me nuts ever since, announced at home time that today was her last day

Next few months gonna be so much less annoying without her!

Went for a gender scan today and found out we are having a little boy ❤️ Now even more excited and was lovely to see him.

I can't wait to feel movement. I've been told I have an anterior placenta so may feel movement later than some. Boo.

Told my Aunty last night and also my cousin who called from Australia so that was cool! Still got a few people to tell. It's always so exciting! My OH likes to tell people face to face too so we have some friends visiting us at the end of April so I'll be 19 weeks so think we won't need to say a thing!! Hahaha

Plus Im increasingly paranoid that my mum was staring at my belly and is just being too nice so I think she suspects.

Im gonna make my tags today in work and pickup ribbon, gift boxes, and 2 dummies and get 2 magnets made!

Just been to have my hair done for the first time in a year and a half! Money always seems to be spent on other things!

Got a hen party that I've been the planner for starting in a couple of hours. Cocktail class (juices for me!) Followed by karaoke and night out followed by night at a lush hotel in Cardiff and then spa and massage tomorrow - will be avoiding the sauna etc and am having a pregnancy massage

Bit nervous about being the only sober one and also because I feel responsible for making sure the bride has a good time but hopefully I will still have fun too

Just got our screening results back and we are low risk - yay!

Ouh sounds lovely Naomi, I've found going to the pub and being the driver a bit of a change but I'm getting used to it now. I wouldn't worry about being the only sober one love Cardiff, it's such a lovely city x

Ill be spending a lot of our work nights sober tbf, but thankfully my friend at work is also pregnant and only a month ahead so - Ill have someone sane to sit with.

I was out at my birthday and it was actually fine. I had a good laugh despite me and Jen again being the only sober ones out of about 20 of us Have fun.

I'm sure you'll still have fun Naomi! I've not had mine cut since November last year but don't think I'll bother until after baby is born now, I've got to wear it up in a bun all the time for work anyway!

Heard the bubba's heartbeat yesterday. Still just as amazing every time and she heard it straight away and really clearly.
When do they start measuring their heart rate as I've heard it twice now and they've never done the rate!

I also got my hair done yesterday 1st time in like 6 months, go away tomorrow for 5 days, bit pissed I have to cart around that hospital file I told the OH you have to carry these around when we are out and about and he agreed, fair is fair after all I am carrying the baby he responded with baby is still small I said it may be the size of an avocado but my uterus is the size of a melon aha
