***** September 2016 Mummies Tri 2 *****

Not yet, god knows when that'll happen! Need to empty all the furniture of our stuff and find somewhere to put it lol I've made a start clearing out my stuff from our bedroom so that I've got room but it'll take DH forever and I think he'll drag his heels cos baby won't be in there straight away :-( not looking forward to the arguments it'll cause :wall2:
Have you made a start?

You sound like me. First time Jackson had his own room so that was cleared and decorated by me because I wouldn't wait on anyone lmao but this one will be sharing with Jackson for a wee bit, so I've yet to pick a theme that suits both ages or just a nice wallpaper at least because it's just been did recently. He's got a new single bed but that is why we are waiting on building the furniture. I could get it and do it now but it mean pulling it out to decorate and I can't carry bags never mind move stuff lol.

So no. I haven't started I have stuff to do in the house too like paint my bathroom all the stuff is there it's just work and when I don't work I'd rather play with Jackson or sleep. OH and I argue when he paints cost he's a huffypants. So if it's just painting I'll do it lol. I'm bit of a control freak that way. It means if it's a mess I can't be angry at anyone but me but adds pressure.

I have to rent a van and bin a van full too. Was hoping the nice weather would stick and do that soon but no such luck eh.

xxxx

I already have pram/travel system and crib and a travel cot. We're not doing full furniture until we're moving into the new house in June/July.

Just got three bags of nice stuff from my friend's sister who's boy is six months old, includes a 0-6 month sleeping bag, so that's good.

I need sheets for the crib and travel cot though.

Lxx

Sorry about your scan Naomi - at least you have a holiday to look forward to

I have ordered my pram, yet to sell my other one ... Still have a cot, etc and everything for a child so building our collection for the other :)

I was in bed last night and my tummy was all over the place with dancing babies :)

Starting the nursery this weekend :) gruffalo theme x

Can't decide which colour I like best, I love them both lol, what do you ladies think?

I like the grey one. Xx
This is my 20 weeks.
Looks like girl, but what do you think?
We are doing Under the Sea theme and we've got our cot and chest of drawers, plus pram and Snuzpod2.
We got a Mamas and Papas Armadillo Flip with Donna Wilson design. Everyone keeps saying it looks like a boy's pram and we don't know what we are having, but I am not really too bothered as the design would fit both, I think :-)
Sort of wish we had found out now, but OH was dead against it.

Love the idea of a gruffalo theme room :-) can't decide what theme to go for with our nursery yet and not sure whether to do it now or wait until baby arrives and see what gender it is. Baby will be in with us for a while anyway so guess there's no real rush.

I like the blue one Karen but both are nice :-)

Going to get the buggy board and seat to clip onto our pram when I'm about 28 weeks i think. Want to get a baby bean bag thing for down in the lounge but we have pretty much everything else left from millie - already got crib, cot, bedding, bouncer, swing, activity mat etc.
Xxx

I think I like the blue.

I'm going for black grey or blue. Both lovely but the blues more striking.

Grey is good if your thinking of keeping it for another? If not I'd go blue.

xxxxx

I like the blue :)

Our pram is black and white, it's the bugaboo donkey twin. I also need a buggy board Naomi. We are over the hill and on the way back down now ladies :) X

SCL that's a beautiful pram and will be perfect for boy or girl.

Thanks for the opinions ladies, I've been hankering after the navy all along but then I saw that special edition gun metal grey one and it threw a spanner in the works lol but think I'll stick with my original choice of the navy. Just need to go and check out that it will fit in the boot of my car ..... I'll be so upset if it doesn't!!!!

I was wanting a baby bean bag as well Naomi but my mums bought me a bouncy chair so don't think I need both :-(

I won't have another one now at my age Claire plus I don't think I could take the stress of TTC and possible losses ever again. I'll be content just to have the one happy, healthy baby. He's got half siblings anyway so won't be an only child lol

DH bought baby a lovely wee jacket from M&S today! Think it's finally sinking in with him that it's really happening this time. He was also talking about painting baby's room and getting a new carpet for him too without any prompting from me after me thinking he would drag it out!

Bump's done a slow somersault over the course of the day, his kicks have gone from top left to bottom right pmsl

Ahh right fair point. The blues lovely. Hope it fits.

I love m&s, I've got a snowsuit from there that I kept from Jackson and I'm so glad I get to use it. Its still so soft.

We still get his stuff from there time to time he's got a lovely leathery looking parka it's quite smart.

xxxx

My little one is doing fast somersaults constantly it seems!
One minute at the top, then suddenly bottom, then side then bottom again! It's mad! Taking after its father who can't sit still for more than a minute at a time!

That's so cute Claire! I'll be keeping my eye out for a lovely snow suit from markies when they get their winter stock in x

That was the wee matching outfit too from marks. Bloody cute. And a Tad big :p

Ill deffo be back this year.

Have you seen the Peter rabbit stuff they have? It's adorable!!!

I've just ordered some personalised vests for my boys and some personalised snuggle toys for them too :) even a cute hat each. I wasn't prepared for the photographer that came around the ward when I had Liam so now I'm prepared for it lol :). I got them from eBay which helps considering I had to buy 2 of them lol. X
