Oh no :( it never occurred to me about swelling up, are you ok?

Looking forward to your scan pics on Thursday Naomi, my scan is Tuesday so I will post pics :) x

It's a boyyyy.

Hope the swelling eases. I think lander swells too if I'm right.

I was quite lucky I didn't swell last time so didn't have the shoes problem loads told me I'd not be able to wear my shoes home I'd need to wear slippers as my feet would swell but nope..

xxxx

Aww Claire, how lovely, congratulations xx

I'm struggling even in my fitflops that I wear around the house, they are so tight on my feet the past few days. Fingers swollen so much that I'm wearing my husbands wedding ring now!

And to top that, I've also got piles which are agony :-( but on a nicer note, a lot of people told me this week that my eyes are sparkling and I've got a beautiful pregnancy glow lol

Looking forward to seeing your scan pics ladies xx

I've had issues with it for the last couple of years. After my miscarriage in 2013 I was given strong antibiotics and had 4-5 UTIs in the following six months. My kidney function has been 10 points below normal ever since. GP wasn't concerned as it's 'stable' but as expected my consultant has noted it as being another reason to have baby aspirin as it adds to the risk factors for pre-eclampsia. I used to swell up at ovulation and so far I've still had some swelling at the same points. Wedding ring was stuck on this morning but is now spinning loose this evening

Lxx

Oh no about the swelling! I've taken my wedding ring off just in case but don't think I've started swelling yet.

Getting nerve pain in my bum though pretty regularly and it can be soo painful!!!

Delivering a workshop for 40 kids tomorrow which I could really do without! Had a bad night with millie last night and barely slept so I'm feeling a bit emotional and fed up today!
Xxx

Just got back from a crazy two days in London supporting my friends run the VLM. The plan was always to train with them and run a marathon at some point if we hadn't have fallen pregnant but I was so lovely to stand and watch them, cheer and see them enjoying every moment. We might not have run the marathon but walked bloomin miles! 10-12 miles a day! Can't wait for work to be done tomorrow so I can come home and nap! Hope everyone is well xx

I may be losing the plot but I could of sworn someone said they had their 20 week scan today, scrolled back a bit and couldn't see it, so if you are good luck and enjoy x

Good luck girls on the upcoming scans xx

RM congrats on the new little man xx

Naomi lol I had the bum nerve thing last night didn't know it was a thing x

scn...yay for the glow sorry about the swelling :hugs:

Been on antibiotics the last 5 days due to a big cyst was awful painful could barely walk and that put pressure on lower back eased now thank god! got some tests done and have to have them repeated again in 4 weeks time... My sister booked us a gender 3D scan for the 7th of may the day after my BD and 2 days before we have the 21 week hospital scan excited is a understatement!!! Still no movement, or at least I can't feel it yet.

I've got my scan tomorrow and I'm really nervous. Hope everything is okay with the little one. I do feeling him moving sometimes but not consistently at certain times each day yet. He was having a good kick a couple of days ago I could even see my tummy moving it was lovely. I just wish he would do it all the time to reassure me!!

Thank you sansk.

Im feeling alot more movements now. Certain ways I bend. I was hunched over on the floor kneeling the other day colouring and he was going mental - so I moved incase he was uncomfy

Night time I mainly feel him wriggle or move but not too many kicks. Mind you, every scan we've been to hes been face down sleeping so, yours could be a sleepy baby too.

xxxx

This one kicks off when I'm about to have a meal, like he's screaming for a feed lol. He also goes a bit nuts when he can hear Daddy or other family close by.

My movement isn't really a regular pattern yet. Been feeling it since 13 weeks and it's definitely got more noticeable but still not strong enough for my OH to feel from the outside and not really in a pattern yet. Get a lot of movement when I have sugary food though!! Xxx

Mine is also in the morning, very excited to see them again :) x

I'm the same getting a fair few kicks but with no pattern, and hubby can't feel them yet x

Can't wait for the men to be able to feel them!! Makes it more real for them then I think :-) xxx

DH has felt one small 'pop'. I've felt what I'm sure was his heel trying to get traction against the inside of the uterus lol Had my hand kind of firm against the top and felt it dig in against it haha

I know, sometimes I feel a bit mean because I'm sat there telling him how I feel them move and that they are kicking etc and he doesn't get to feel it yet ... He will soon though .... Although I freaked myself out the other day, I you tubed twin pregnancy movements and watched lots of videos of babies moving where you could see the entire arm move and you could clearly see where the shoulder elbow and hand was x

Hope everyone who had scans today enjoyed seeing their little ones again!

I have mine tomorrow afternoon - really excited to see him/her again - we're staying team yellow. We decided since its our first we'll keep it a surprise!

Movement is still unpredictable for me - it had a quiet few days which made me worry but yesterday I had a good few kicks and today too.

My husband has felt a few wee "pops" on his hand when it's been giving a particularly hard kick!

Just got back and everything was fine with little one. He is growing well and all measurements and signs look spot on. I have an anterior placenta which explains why I haven't felt his kicks as much. They said its nothing to worry about. Hope everyone else is okay
