My mum and OH mum also both said how they thought their babies were a bit ugly at first lol. My son wasn't too bad actually but definitely the first day he was a wrinkly and not so pretty

Hope everyone is feeling better today ~ gillyboos your day sounds lovely! After not getting to sleep till 3am Tuesday night (restless legs are driving me crazy!) I felt like total shit yesterday! Anyway, got to sleep by 1 last night and so today all is much merrier in my world!! 2 kiddies home, 2 in bed, and Belle is at an animal farm with her grab and cousins. I have tv on. Amaze balls!! One more get it till the weekend! X

Hahahaha Summer I love your stories, you crack me up!

When Ruby came out her head was swollen from a difficult labour, she had a big egg sized lump on her head and she looked a weird colour like the Incredible Hulk haha. My biggest memory was just how massive and dark blue her eyes were when she first came out, seriously intense looking haha. 12 hours later she was so beautiful and she gets prettier every day x

Is there such a thing as baby moving too much? Little boy literally has not stopped moving for last 4 hours. He moving at least once every 10 mins which is odd for him as he normally a quiet baby x

Aww he's so cute, like a little cherub! He looks so cheeky at 11 weeks. I can't wait to see what baby will look like, I was bald until 18 months! xx

This baby moves alot! Sometimes I feel like it's hours at a time. Although, not so much last few days.

I said to my OH today that our daughter might be bald and he doesn't think it's possible lol xx

Awww really H ! I just have a huge feeling ill go end of August, thought it for ages! End of August or 10th sept haha bit of a difference. At me 30'week scan they told me our baby had lots of hair too , I couldn't see it but we will wait and see if it's true when she's here

Summer me and you are the exacts same, I'm olive skinned with dark hair and blue eyes, OH is fair skinned, blonde hair and blue eyes but some of his family are red. And your family sounds just like mine haha !! So funny!!!

My little one moves a lot, not that much but I don't think it's a sign of anything worrying xxxxx

All shopped out, only went in a couple of shops but I have a serious make up addiction and I was left alone for too long! Put it all away as hubby once found a receipt for MAC so knows how much it costs ha!

Back feels like it's going to snap in two but feel ok despite walking for the majority of the day.

Summer, the crazy frog thing made me howl!! Apparently I had a conehead, it was all black and blue from the ventouse, as my dad cut the cord he asked if I would be staying that way and allegedly my mum got cross and shouted, "well we can't send her back now!"

My little boy looked like a bird, like one of those bald chicks with the bulging eyes, he changed as he padded out over time!

I'm getting really impatient now, just want it to be the 12th Aug so I can find out if it's a section and also when!

Hope everyone is ok and getting some rest if they can. X

Awww Gilly he is gorgeous !! Proper little cutie! He's going to be an amazing big brother bet he can't wait now.
I know what you mean, 12th August is round the corner now but I bet the closer you get the further away it feels! I leave work a week tomorrow and it feels like every day is dragging now!!

Had a really really busy day at work, had s visit from top of the company managers which went really well, busy with customers too so I can really relate to the back pain. No rest for the wicked tho, picking rest of our stuff up from the old house tonight as OH has been mega busy this week and not had the time.

I can't wait until I'm sharing baby pictures. My grandma is very dark haired and of asian descent so I've got her very dark eyes and skin tone, but my dad was very pale and dark and his brother very red haired so my family is quite a mix! I think baby will get my eyes, but Hubby's height and fair hair.

Had my midwife appointment today, still measuring 3 weeks behind, but the midwife said she's really dropped further into my pelvis and I have had a lot of pressure lately. Shes swapped sides now too with her back on my left and her feet poking my ribs on the right. Xx

He's just lobbed his dinner on the floor so he isn't so cute right now!!

I always think this last bit is always the longest, I think with maternity leave in sight it makes things so much more real. I'm chomping at the bit now, there's another different feeling now as we are pretty positive the twins will be the completion of our family, it's like I just can't wait to have all my family here. I think I'm overthinking it haha! It makes sense in my head. xx

Aww guys your babies are Sooo gorgeous!! No crazy frogs there!! Makes me so excited. I'm probably going to be one of those people that everyone whinges about on facebook because I post pics of my baby everyday ...

I've not heard of baby moving too much being an issue - I'm still not 100% confident in the 'pattern of movement' thing - some days mines definitely more active than others. Movements have changed for definite though. I get a lot more squirms / stretching and protruding limbs compared to actual kicks, he's definitely running out of room! It means I don't really get kicks but I do feel every little movement so that keeps me satisfied.

I had an epic nap this afternoon. Pretty sure at about 14:30 I was putting washing away and thought 'hmm my bed looks cosy' ... Woke up 3hrs later! Oops I've not even left the house or done anything to make me tired today! O well - people keep saying go get it whilst we can!

Hubby shocked me the other day when he casually started talking about baby number 2 I thought woah lets just get this one out first! - still good to know that I haven't been such a nightmare during pregnancy that I've traumatised him ha

Pregnancy naps are the best, I try to every time Otto naps now, if the housework guilt doesn't get to me too much.

I post pictures of Otto a fair bit, I always said I wouldn't but you just can't help it as a mum. I'd rather people unfriend me if they're that arsed.

I'm with you on the less kicks Summer, mine shift about but it's more jerks or slow rolls than thumps now.

Just sent hubby out for dinner, the walking today has done me in. I gave him the option of cooking the fajitas I had out or going and picking something up, guess what he chose.... x
