Hi Hun

I'm sure its considered safe at around 37 weeks  . Hopefully someone else will confirm that though.

My friend bought me some right at the end of my pregnancy and i thought it was horrible so only had about 3 cups of it :puke:

xxx

i started it last week but thats because i couldnt find it in stock till then, my tablets say you can use them from 28 weeks

I've pm'd you hun but start now - you need to start slowly and gradually build it up as it has a cumulative effect.

Good luck - hope it brings you a quick labour with strong contractions :D

i used the raspberry tealeafs with my first and it was good lol.. my contractions were indeedy strong and labour was very quick.

am going to be buying some more for this one in a few weeks.. but i think i was about 34/35 weeks wehn i first startred having them with 1st pregs

You get the best result if you start slowly and build up from about 32 weeks. I bought some tablets but kept forgetting them and eventually started at about 38 weeks. Jessica was 10 days late but as she turned back to back I had a forceps delivery so it was a fairly pointless exercise for me!!

I started with one cup of the tea a day from around 32 weeks, then when I got to 36 weeks I started on the tablets too and gradually increased the amoung I took until at 40 weeks I was taking about 4 tablets a day + a cup of tea. My labour was super fast and from my waters breaking to actually being examined in the hospital (20 mins) I was already 7cm dilated. Only took another half hour and I was fully dilated :D

brilliant advice.. im going to start with the one cup then and build it up :) thanks girls :)
