Our little dream :) Had a mc???

How annoying are spammers? The last thing I would ever do is look at something they'd posted a link to, pointless exercise on their part! x

Ah so exciting hope! can't wait to start buying all that stuff! although i think i will be borrowing and being given load of stuff of friends and family.

I'm going to book some time off after 20 week scan and go pram shopping!!!

So far I've not bought anything at all for bub

I didn't buy anything until after our 20 week scan. Although we have got loads second hand stuff xx

I don't even know where to begin to be honest?

I know there is a list floating around on PF somewhere but it is very, very comprehensive.... I plan to look at that and cross off a ton off stuff listed!

I am most excited about muslin cloths, sad I know!!

xxxxxxxxx

I passed the whole clothes shopping to my mum.... After all he enjoys is, she has great taste and prices in Greece are like 1/3 than they are here, greater variety of things too... Same for blankets and Muslim clothes etc....

I have to buy the furniture and toys, pram and bf stuff and that's all? Oh and bath things.

Looks easy heh??

As we're staing team yellow clothes are going to be the least of our worries!

I am going to sort pram and cot after 20 week scan and will decide between a moses basket or a crib nearer the time?

We don't have to worry about a nursery, baby will be in with us as we only have one bedroom at the moment....

We do need to think about things like baby bath, bouncer chair, changing mat, playmat, also things like nappies, towels, cloths plus the million other little bits and pieces.

I want to breastfeed but we'll still invest in some bottles and a steriliser in-case I can't!

I am done with pram, playgym, tummy time gym and bouncer.
Still need a swing though for downstairs and a playpen.
Bough a medela calms bottle and a dr browns one. I will buy one more medela and that's all. A sterilizer and a tube of formula.
I will buy only 4 packs of diapers as I want to see what baby will like and my oh can go buy more at every second really.
I will get a co sleeper crib for the bedroom and a cot for the nursery. Planing to put down in there for naps in the nursery to get it used to it. I dont want a fussy baby that only sleeps in one place lol.
While downstairs she can nap in the playpen or swing or pram.

God is so distressing the whole thing :(

Oh got r bath too and bath thermometer. That reminds me I need a baby monitor too. Or 2.... Our house is huge :(

Dug up this list from Kezza from ages back, it was when i was pregnant last time so i put it in a word file. Its uber comprehensive so not sure i'll be getting it all but a useful guide for the stuff to think about

Oh my Goodness lol :(
That bean can stay there where it is until we get a third salary????????

Thanks dysco once my pc is alive again I will add from here to my list

I saved the list too from last time!! Think I crossed off loads of things though as it takes in account everything and anything for a baby/ toddler as some stuff we don't need yet. xx

I just saw that there are things that we need to buy much later or at all even.

That is the list I was on about (I've saved it too) and I am going to cross off 50% of that stuff as it seems pretty excessive!

At least it gets u to think of everything imaginable that u could want or need xx

Am I the only one who is panicking and not enjoying the whole baby shopping Experience????
What a horrible thing... I suppose no mum in this world Dosent enjoy shopping for her baby lol....

I am pretty sure that the bean will be here and I will still miss who knows what lol!!!!

I go into baby shops and look at stuff, but hardly ever buy anything because I feel as thought I shouldn't be buying it! Like I don't need it! Brought more stuff online or been given it xx

I am going to try and not go too nuts with shopping, space dictates we can't go too overboard anyway!

xxxxxxxxxxxx

OH will go nuts if i buy too much and most of it you can buy as you go along if you need it. The main things are clothes, something to sleep in/car seat and nappies/changing stuff, early on they need little else! DOn't forget you'll be given stuff too! xx
