*******~~~October Mummies~~~*******

After having so long with such broken sleep (getting 3-4 hours a night), I just cannot believe I slept that long! I must be exhausted, as OH said the baby was going mad, and I was sleeping right through it! I guess your body just takes over and does what you need to stay healthy. I still feel terrible today though :(

I spoke to my MW this morning as she has taken my iron levels, and they are really good - 12.6, which she said was excellent for this stage of pregnancy! So I can't even blame it on that

Hello everyone :)

I just realised I have 4 weeks left at work! Brilliant!

Whoop whoop! I'm counting down the minutes at work

Using Tapatalk can't see no tickers grrrrr.

I've been counting down the days for ages but not looked at weeks before. I've been using annual leave to work part time so days had sounded better up until now! (13.5 to go!)

It's so exciting when your mat leave date gets closer. I'm finishing a week on Tuesday and can't wait. Can't believe it's all getting so close now :) x

3 weeks after tomorrow left for me! 16 days, whoop whoop! Also our pram came today so things are really feeling real :) :) xx

The time is just going past so quickly. I keep getting random texts from courier companies confirming parcels getting delivered and its all stuff hubby has ordered for baby (he works overseas). It's like Xmas as I never know what's coming next but it's making it all very real x

Well I am about to order mattresses for moses basket and cot, as have had a sudden panic and realised I don't have much time left....I haven't even ordered my pram yet!!!!

Have you made a decision on your pram yet? I think we are quite prepared on all the big things, just need to get bits and pieces now, only 2 more wages to buy with argh xxx

I decided ages ago  we are going for a Phil and Ted's Navigator - 2 reasons - I want something that is reliable outdoors, as I need to walk the dog, and go up to the farm to see my horses, and also we want something that can convert into a double buggy for when number 2 arrives! Planning ahead!

So at least I don't have to decide on one, but I definitely need to get on and buy it!

This made me giggle I managed to do this with my youngest nearly 6 years ago whilst ironing had the scar for ages but it looked like a stretch mark hope u are ok and dint hurt too much x

Morning ladies!! Well that's me off on maternity now, well officially 2 weeks annual leave first really but yeayy!! What a nice feeling it is not thinking about going into work. Mind you instead I have to go into hospital for 10am to check BP as it's been a bit high but otherwise I will be relaxing all day. Might have a little shopping spree on amazon tho, woo hoo xx

Yaaaay for mat leave, hope you get a bit of time before LO makes an appearance.

Couldn't sleep last night, ended up ordering baby and hospital bag essentials at 3am. No 1 son is like the Duracell bunny this morning. Just need to survive until OH gets home from work. Though we said we'd go to ikea to get the storage unit I need for putting baby stuff away.

I went for the iCandy Apple as I got a really good deal and I just love it to bits...can't wait to use it :) Made the last of our big purchases today. Hubby ordered a rocking chair thing for the nursery. It won't be to everyone's taste but he likes unusual pieces and we'll use it elsewhere in the house once it's finished in the nursery. It's the comfiest thing to sit in too :) x
