I have friction burns on the top of my thighs from walking around Blackpool yesterday... so I am pant-less today- at least I can rest at home - I am absolutely dreading work on Friday I think it will be dangerously hot and busy. Am I in tri 3 yet? I looked on the internet but theres 3/4 different dates x

He can stay cooking a while yet though. I've got lots of decorating still to do. And im actually meaning Every. Single. Room!
Even looking at redoing the entire kitchen top to toe
I think im quite possibly mental
But having spent almost 3 weeks on the couch... I'll be glad to have my own room back this sunday. Cos im knackered and sofabeds aint great on the ole back. Being back in my bed will feel like I'm sleeping on a fluffy cloud lol

Happy V day, I'm 24 wks tomorrow!! Also hoping to get our house sorted over the next few weeks.

Suffering from the heat- melting too. Will be popping over to Tri3 thread, although still having another 3 weeks yet officially xx

This weekend hall is being started with painting
Our bedroom will get new carpet laid
Furniture back in
everything all cleaned and sorted etc nicely
Bought new nic nacs to hopefully make it look nice and more masculine for hubby

hall needs painting fully, gloss doors doors shaved

Doors shaved, radiator installed, banister stripped and glossed, window sills sanded and stained, lights put up, new vents put on, switches changed to chrome, carpet for nursery office and hall is laid next Sunday then onto the bathroom!

Hopefully thatll just be another week
Then that's upstairs decorated!
(Nursery totally unfurnished though lol)

Then its downstairs which is filling in cracked plasterwork, repaint it all, glossing, rearrange furniture, service the gas fire, box in some pipes, get new flooring laid throughout ... then all that leaves is kitchen and pantry which will get looked at tomorrow night when we get a quote and size of the job lol

Im honestly off my rocker
but I've lived here 4 years
The snagging list needs finishing eventually!

Next year we can worry about the garden!

Oh boy! Mrs, that bring back memories... When we got our house in 2013 it was previously owned by an old lady so you can imagine the decor! In our wisdom we have decided to redecorate THE ENTIRE house in one go?! It took is 7months and I'm convinced it was the cause of all the grey hair I currently own

Decorating sucks but end resuts are worth the pain

Omg Mrs that's a long list, you sound organised though! Its hard finding the time, we just got 2 bedrooms that need stripping and painting, new flooring down stairs and curtain pole put up, them we can start getting the baby stuff sorted x

Definitely agree with KHTW it be so worth it once all the works done x

I figured i wont want to give up my time with baby boy (or he won't let me lol) and income will drop... so best to just go for it now I reckon!
Then i can relax knowing that my house isn't a total $hit tip!
Every surface was covered in artex when we moved in... roofs walls window sills... even all over the upvc frames!! Was so jaggy it made you bleed if you rubbed against it accidentally!

Wow thats a lot of decorating to do ..and here's me thinking I'd hit nesting with doing 2 rooms upstairs ...hope you get it all done in time bet it will be awesome x

We built our house while I was pregnant 1st time around. It was awful. Never again LOL. I think I'll move out when it comes to decorating again LOL.

I keep getting bad stitch like pains when I am walking. It's both sides. I'm blaming being over weight, really takes my breath away.

Gail happy v day from yesterday!!!

We're also decorating everywhere & attempting to rip out the bathroom and replace it!

My hands and feet are roasting.

Has anyone noticed a change in the way the baby moves? When my baby first started moving it was wee puckers & kicks, now its like slow motion turning over and less hard kicking, however i have lots of wee pulses really low down (could be wee fists banging on the inside). I then get myself worried that the babys now moving as much but im sure it is, ive probably had 20+ movements from this morning. x

I used to have lots of movement then nothing for a bit
Then it was hardly anything not often

Its increasing but mostly down very low and i can sense more movement thats not just on my tummy wall
Especially my bladder haha

The only way I can describe the baby move at the moment is as tho she is walking on the other side of my belly! It is very noticable!

She also developed a pattern, I get a few moves during and after breakfast, than a few more between 10-11. Right before lunch I get a lot of movement as tho she is saying she needs food topped up . Then between 4-5 she goes mental and the same again between 8-9. I can't complain, she's always been very active.

Has anyone else picked names yet? I'm really struggling. My little girl is Piper. My husband has 3 previous children. Max, Brandon and Jessica. I just seem to have drawn a blank with a girls name?

We are struggling with names being our 4th girl, there's names we like but nothing that stands out x
