Anyone else getting random mood swings? I seem to be going from happy to miserable quickly and day to day. Feeling really down today for no apparant reason. Finding work hard and still 3 months to get through!!! Cried becasue i spilt lunch down my top (stupid spaghetti hoops on white top). Also had a nosebleed on my white top so generally in a mess going home now.

Sorry you've had a shit day Fliss...

I had a nose bleed the other day at work too and was feeling tense and grrr, it's not an ideal working environment if you've got high blood pressure issues. I went and took my bp in a cupboard secretly to myself on that day, it was initially higher but then settled to 'normal' after I relaxed. I was thinking if this keeps happening I might need to ask for a 10 min break to go and sit somewhere and breath slowly ...hard to find the time tho when in the middle of dealing with patients.

Flisstebbs I feel exactly the same, my boss has decided now project I'm working on is finally going somewhere I should hand it over to colleague, I came home & sobbed. Feel very frustrated & feel so so down, was fine yesterday, this is so unlike me!
On a slightly better note baby is moving loads & Hubbie felt baby move for first time (from outside) last night, literally didn't stop kicking all day long. Think we have also decided on uppababy vista 2015 double, been reading lots of reviews & had a good play with all different doubles in john Lewis on Saturday ( with baby shaped sand bags in so it was like pushing toddler & baby)!

Don't want to give away any spoilers but OMG it was an epic one this week!!!! I'm a book fan so get annoyed at some of the changes the TV version has made this series but I bloody LOVED this episode!!!!!

Don't want to give away any spoilers but OMG it was an epic one this week!!!! I'm a book fan so get annoyed at some of the changes the TV version has made this series but I bloody LOVED this episode!!!!!

It was pretty AWESOME and the next two are supposed to be even better!

So, I've been secretly stocking June mummies in Tri 3 3 babies were born yesterday - it will soon be us, right?!

GOT -It was really scary! about time something like that happened though ..this winter has been coming for ever! Don't you think it makes some of the other stories going on seem irrelevant, maybe they will all come together at some point (haven't read the books) ....can't wait for the next one eeeek!

oohh on the Game of Throne stuff; it was a very good 'we're screwed' face that John Snow pulled worked perfectly, but I cant help but think that he is going to pull something magnificent out of the bag..........

Had a wee look there, had to come back out the thread - its making me emotional

HR disucssion tomorrow regarding using holidays etc before my mat leave, working out how many weeks left to work and work plans etc .... its coming quick!!
