November Mummies! <3

I know sounds grim. So my dreams of having one of those calm water births where everything is magical is crushed. Like that would have been the reality anyway haha

Officially full term today - exciting!

I'm actually a little bit excited about going Christmas shopping wrapped up with baby's new wheels! Xx

I've had period pains since I woke up this morning - my daughter has gone for a sleep over with her grandparents so it would be good timing if baby wants to come!

April what is classed as full term? My midwife says full term is 40 weeks.

I'm so, so tired and getting fed up. Headaches. Heartburn. Can't get comfy at night. And I'm so short tempered these days. Ready for baby to make an appearance. X

Hmm strange the different information you get between midwives/hospitals etc. X

I've had period pain for over a week :( I'm still early though, only 35+4

I've had them all day - also in my thighs and back. I popped to Sainsbury's and actually thought the baby was going to fall out!

Yeah I think majority of people/places say 37 weeks but there's normally a conflict between some bits of information. Kind of like the 27 or 28 weeks for third tri lol.

We've put up the crib in our room ready. Went for the Tutti Bambini as I preferred the shape/colour to the Next2Me. I've just had half hour on the ball as well. Ive been so bored all day, I'm not sure how I'm going to cope with mat leave on my own! I'm lucky hubs is off for half term this week, it just feels like it's been a really long day xx

A baby is classed as premature up to 37weeks, hence 37wks onwards being 'full term' - they basically give themselves a 5wk window for dating.

Maybe it's because I'm having a section Starchild? I'll ask my midwife again at my next appt anyway - don't want to complicate already complicated surgery!!

Good luck to you ladies who are close; fingers crossed things start for you soon xxx

I wish I was close haha. My due date is 14th and would love to hold on to the 16th as it would be my late FILs birthday which would be amazing, but the closer it gets the sooner I just want to have our baby here now.

I'm part of a private fb group with ladies on another site and I think it's the 8th baby that has just been born, so I'm getting more eager for things to just happen now and would sacrifice the 16th November birthday lol. Xx

Ah was just thinking tho if 37 weeks classed as term, for me (and my actual dates I worked out) I'd only be 36 weeks. Which would be worrying if they were gonna induce me back then.

So tonight I'm 39+1 and that was when my waters broke with my daughter at 10:30pm, OH said it's fine as long as I wait until after the match.

I'd have thought surgery would have been equally bad if not worse when it came to bleeding but perhaps the dose is too low to cause any problem?

Today I sorted the moses basket, moved it into our room & washed the bottles. Gonna have to pop out for more tomorrow as I didn't realise the set I bought only contains 4 of the smaller ones & 4 teats. Deffo don't think that'll be enough? Hmm xx

April. I feel the same. I'd like a Halloween baby but at the min it's just like get this baby out now. xx

When I think about it I've only heard of scheduled Sections being from 37 weeks so it must be from then they class as full term?

I've always hated Halloween personally so I'm not bothered about that (although if baby came before I would definitely find something cute for it ha), I'm just getting bored of being pregnant now. I don't really remember not being pregnant but also can't imagine the next step and actually having someone tiny to look after! Anyone else feel like that? Xx

I guess if someone was unsure about their dates they'd take that into considering. I know for a fact I'm not as far on as they said because we were trying & they claim we were pregnant the week before we had sex

I love Halloween! Although sharing a birthday with a holiday might overshadow it somewhat but I wouldn't let that happen. Baby has a few Halloween outfits even tho there's no guarantee he'll be here to wear them.

I dunno how we managed to look after a newborn, everything's gone, I've forgotten it all. LO is 3 and I'm like how did that happen... so rather scared about bringing baby home.

Just ordered 3 more bottles to be safe.

If anyone's using MAM...if you order online from Boots you get a free gift which is a Christmas dummy. Quite cute! X

As much as I want this baby out I dont want a Halloween one lol.
Holding out for my November bubba lol

I’m hoping baby comes before the end of Scorpio season!

I actually don't know my daughters star sign. Or what this baby would be. Lol
