*** November 2014 Mum's ***

I best update the front page again!

All November babies are here :D

Now I have a name for her can u change baby girl to Ariana please? Thanks x

will do hun, wasn't sure if you had picked yet x

bumping up as it won't be long before we are all here instead of tri 3. Which reminds me that I should probably change my ticker now!

good thanks! This newborn business is alot busier than i remember though. Never seem to have time to finish anything i start for some reason x

Lavender I'm the same. Everything is always half done!

My daughter seems to be going through a growth spurt - constant constant feeding day and night the past 2 days. Tired!!
Xx

I know the feeling lavender! If I do manage to get everything done in the day then I'm not getting in bed until 10pm and even then baby takes time to settle. Only time I get some me time is if I go for a pee or have a 10 minute shower!

We had our first night last of Preston sleeping through! I do have a feeling that it was just a one off thing!

Wow Katie! Just wow! I can't ever imagine mine sleeping through ever!

I had Myah in a routine and sleeping through by 8 weeks old and has never had a sleepless night since and she's now 3! So I'm hoping I can do the same this time.. Will see how we get on tonight!

Wow katieee...how did you do that..wjat is your routine? Share please

I had a good night last night, had one tricky long feed between 11:30-1:30 but Imogen slept through till 6am and even then i woke her for a feed.

That's great Apple!

We had a bad night! My toddler got my d&v bug and was sick everywhere! A was awake from 12-2 so not too bad, quickly fed at 3.30 then slept till 7.30. I however feel like death warmed up! Since she was born we've had 2 colds, conjunctivitis, csection scar infection and now this stomach bug. Along with the lengthy cluster feeds!! I'm hoping the new year brings fresh health!!! Xxx

I had about 4 hours sleep last night. But then OH took Jake downstairs this morning so I got a whole block of 3 hours sleep! It was heavenly, the longest I've slept in 4 weeks. Unfortunately he had to wake me up as he needed feeding, good job he did as my boobs were leaking everywhere. Haha

I have put a towel under my sheet as milk is just pouring out in the night.

Katie please do share your routine! My mum said I slept through from 6 weeks but she did say she thinks she got lucky with me, that I was just an easy baby.

I definitely have a cough now & it looks like Frankie might be getting it. The worst thing is, every time me or my wife cough in the night, the baby alarm goes off!

Goat, sounds like you've had a rough trot of it, hope things ease up for you soon. D&v is vile, especially when it's not your own!

I'm so sorry for being a thread-crasher, but I noticed Apple, you had an Imogen in November, same as me! I was supposed to be an October mummy, but she kept me waiting! So sorry again for crashing your thread, was just lovely to see another Imogen born :D

Congratulations to you all! Xx

Sorry girls but I can't remember how I actually got Myah in a routine! The night that preston slept through I woke him around 2am for a feed instead of waiting as I was so tired and he took the full bottle and straight back to sleep until 9.50am!

I actually put myah in her own room in a cot at 8 weeks old so maybe it could be that? I think it will take preston a while as we can't put him in Myah's room so early this time xx

Far too many nasty illnesses going round at the moment, everyone seems to be ill. Me and jake have managed to stay away from them so far, fingers crossed we still can!

I have OHs Grandma's funeral on Monday, and nothing to wear. Everything black isn't suitable to breastfeed in (I'm bringing jake to the reception afterwards) so I ordered a nursing dress and top from Asda to be delivered to store tomorrow. Checked my email earlier and its not even left the warehouse yet (grrr) and then I had an email saying I've been refunded £12. Both items cost £12 so no idea which one they've refunded. So annoying!

Gemmylou if ur a November mummy then feel free to join in

(I wrote a huge post before and it failed grrr) had a good few nights then last night was up every 2hours (at most) and yesterday was unsettled too. Today and tonight she's not left me alone been on my boob constantly I been feeding on and off for last 4 hours at my wits end now. Ever since her jabs so wondering if that's knocked her off and so she all clingy that's fine but I'm hoping it's the end of it asap. It's so exhausting I can't even give her to someone else as she barely settles for them :-/

Really hope she will sleep through longer tonight now after being up most of today but doubtful ha. Must. Stay. Sane!!!

That's a pain in the arse hope u get it sorted. Let's also hope whatever it is that hasn't been refunded will do u for Monday. :(

These babies don't half seem to be keeping us all on our toes. Jake's doing is normal thing of screaming everytime we put him in the moses basket. Its so annoying, currently trying to warm the mattress by having it under the duvet before we put him in! Haha

I honestly don't know how they can stay awake so long sometimes, its hard to believe.

Hope you get the top in time mellie, if not could you improvise by buying a couple of layers of black things. Say a black vest that you pull down under a black to that you pull up?

Kaa, that sounds tiring. Frankie has been a bit clingy today but she did have a couple of hours this afternoon asleep by herself. She did the most spectacularly full, runny nappy before. I've got a slightly dodgy tummy too so I think she's feeling uncomfortable with that and the possible cough starting & just wants comfort from me.

Typically though, she had 3 visitors with presents within an hour and that was when she was out for the count!
