*** November 2014 Mummies! ***

Jasmine, hope you are coping okay today.

BabyP thanks for the heads up about the FB page showing up. I'll stick to here for now.

Kaa, my friend and I (who also got made redundant) said we're going to meet up on Sept 1st, sit in an overheated room and watch a boring powerpoint full of unreadable spreadsheet data all morning! Just so it feels like we're still there!

It is glorious weather today and I am doing the right thing - getting my washing pile down. You know you're getting old when you look out at the beautiful weather and start planning washing loads instead of days out.

Keep forgetting to post on here at the min as most of us are using the Facebook group now!!

Hope everyone is doing okay! Enjoying the last 10 days or tri 2! Can't believe how fast pregnancy has been this time!! Xx

I still have 4 more weeks until tri 3 :( only 1 week until v day though which I'm looking forward to. And only 7 more shifts at work until I'm off for 2 weeks. Then it's nursery decorating time!! :)

Jealous of you being off all summer NJP, I miss school holidays its the best thing about being a child and about working in a school!

Keep thinking about washing all the baby clothes, I hope the weathers still ok ish at the start of october so I can dry it all outside. Don't want to dey it inside incase it ends up smelling of dog :/

To be honest, it really annoys me that groups like this get set up online then everyone defects to FB. If I wanted to do something on FB, I would have just joined a group on FB, there's plenty on there.

Mellie, the holidays are great - the pay isn't! With my contract I don't get paid for the school holidays. But if it bothered me that much, I'd get a non-school job and I don't because for me at the moment, the holidays outweigh the lost pay!

Are you washing all the baby clothes? I was thinking of only washing some - then if they don't fit I can exchange them/sell them if they've still got tags on, but if everything is washed then I can't do that. I don't really know what to do for the best.

Aw njp can i join too please??? I feel the need to also spend hours on twinkl looking for display stuff!! Hahaha. New curriculum comes in doesmt it so i have a load of paperwork i could bring that for us to read. I know its primary and ur secondary but still makes for some exciting reading ;)

I was only planning on washing the few little bits that ive been given by my friend. Mainly vests n a few baby grows. New stuff i wasnt going to wash should i?? Only washing things like week or so before due date i think.

Do i need to start buying new washing powder so its non bio???

Im the same ha glorious day and sat here watching shit n washing clothes! Yawn! X,

Mellie since V day it seems to have gone fast for me so fingers crossed it will do for you and you'll be in the tri 3 thread soon! :D

A lot of my clothes are second hand therefore don't have tags. Plus I've got lots of allergies and terribly sensitive skin, my niece has really bad eczema due to our families genes so I need to be extra careful with babies things. I'm going to be washing everything in non bio washing powder without fabric softener (I'm allergic to most, can currently only use Aldis one so don't want to risk any with baby at first.)

At least you two are off, I'm currently stuck in a boiling hot warehouse with no windows and no air circulation!

Wish I could make a start on washing the clothes but got no drawers to put them in yet! Can see me doing everything last minute :-/

We're going down on Saturday to buy wardrobe and chest of drawers for baby :D. She's got so much stuff! Just been given to us by everyone!

Wasn't joking either! That baby bath and all of those bags you see are all full of baby clothes. Mainly size newborn and 0-3. :|

Hello ladies,

I am exhausted today...I had a follow up scan this morning which went well. Got a cute picture of her nose and mouth (probably just my opinion) but hey ho..will post in a sec. Any how all is good so onwards and upwards.

I may do a seperate post. But my baby at 22 weeks weighs 1lbs and 1oz.. is there a way to chart and predict its weight at birth?

I'm tempted too but just because I want a washing line full of baby clothes :|
