ive seen a few of these now and they seem like a really good idea.... so im sorry for being a copy cat :rotfl:
but maybe if i chart everythin in public then maybe ill stick at it... ive wasted 16 months and i feel its time i got back to feeling confortable again x
Start date - 19.01.09
Start weight - 10st 12lb
Target weight - 8st 12lb
...... 2 stone to go.........

Today ive eaten......

a six inch chicken and stuffing baguette (half eaten at 10:30, half eaten at 3:00) no margarine..

a low fat pork loin chop, savoury rice and sweetcorn - 7pm

5 pinapple slices - 9pm
 
Today..... ive eaten -

a bowl of pasta and tuna - 10:30
a packet of chilli rivita mini's - 3:00
cantonese chicken and rice -7pm

and ill have a 10 calorie jelly at around 9ish lol :lol:

ooooooo i also had a skinny cow hot chocolate :roll:
