******My induction/labour thread******

I think it's only used in an emergency, it wears off quicker but is safer than GA for emergency c-section. At my ante natal class the mw said they only give it at the last minute if they have to get baby out quick
 
Gutting!!! May mention it to the anesthetist when I go for my checking in appointment anyway and see. My epidural with Dylan hadn't kicked in by the time they started trying to get him out. They had to stop and give me another dose and I am a little nervous of the epidural side of things. Not to the point where I would be hysterical or anything but its a little niggle at the back of my brain. lol
 
This c-section is planned though hun so they'll have plenty of time to make sure you are comfy. Always mention your fears to them though xxxxxxxxx
 
I know its not something I would even mention to them it didn't traumatise me or anything! lol. Was just interested at there being something else now. xxx
