****Mummy's of Junebugs & Julybugs 2O12****

We get a whiney time late afternoon too, the noise he makes is truely irritating, it's kind of a humming noise. Harry has certainly found his voice too, making high pitch squeals and blowing raspberries most of the day, makes any sort of tv watching impossible. But I got to laugh at him, he does make me giggle :) xx

Haha is it like a high-pitched ear piercing scream?! My Harry has started doing this in public! X

Yep, just like that! Luckily for me at the mo, he is quite shy when we go out in public so is usually good as gold and really quiet! Lol I had to take painkillers this afternoon cos I was getting a headache coz of all the noise he was making. xx

Happy mummy this morning!! She slept through! Woo hoo! Put her to bed at 6:30. She babbled to herself a bit so was probably just after 7 that she fell asleep. She didn't wake up until 6:45 this morning! Ooo I love undisturbed sleep! Hopefully it won't be a one off.

Oh wow. Brilliant! Hope it lasts. I wish T would do that now... It's not too bad here - just one wake up at 4.30-5am ish, feeds for 10-15 mins and then I put her straight back into bed and she woke at 7.20. I dozed through the feed and went back to sleep immediately too, so it was OK. Teething this morning and very moany, though! Poor thing, they seem to be all surfacing at once. x

It's a funny age this isn't it. Such little personalities. Meri is the same as Tilly. She wants to be off but can't quite manage it! Gone are the days of sitting on my knee nice and calmly. She dives all over the place! Gets frustrated very easily and shouts at me when she can't do something. We have 2 teeth through now but I can feel more under the surface. Only 18 more to go. Ha ha! Oh joy.

Oh god, yeah, the frustration thing is killing me - she just throws a strop every now and then and chucks her toys around. She is diving and face-planting like a pro and then whinges until I pick her up x

The face planting really makes me laugh!!! Meri does it all the time! It's as if she sets off to go but it all goes wrong and she can't figure out why! 'Mummy help me!' That's the translation for the grunts by the way. Just incase you didn't know. So funny.

Aarrrgggghhhh teething! Poor little guy has his 3rd tooth through and a horrible teething rash. A bit grumpy but happy if we hold his hands and let him walk around the house. My poor back! I'm covered in dribble and bite marks and praying for a good nights sleep after last nights screaming from 1am to 2.30am!

Hope everyone else is ok - just ignore my moans lol! X

:( I feel so useless today!..Seb's been extremely whingy today he wouldn't let me near his mouth!, but when he cried i could see..We now have tooth number 5 and 6 poking through..No wonder the poor souls being whinging :(

Lots of calpol and to bed i think, but i have a bad feeling he's going to wake soon as he's being so fidgety! :(

Ah! My bump buddy! I remember that 7 minute old photo. He's gorgeous now too, sweetheart. xx

We've just got our first tooth here - it's not been too bad, just the odd whingey hour here and there, and a few bad napping days. She hardly ever dribbles either. Never ends, though, does it? How many of you are using amber teething anklets/necklaces? Just wondering if ours makes a difference. xxx

I think Max is trying to cut his next tooth, he has 2 through at the bottom but I think it might be a top one that's trying to come through. He seems to get really snotty and bunged up when he teethes bless him. I don't use an amber anklet/necklace but am thinking about getting one as the dribbling is unbelievable! Last night he was sat on his playmat just in his nappy playing before bathtime and the dribble was running down his belly! Where did you get your Karen? I've heard you need to be careful of imitations, also does Tilly try to pull it off? xxx

Hi hun. That's funny, dribbling down his belly, poor thing! I got ours from Dino Daisy - it's one of their 'Pure Collection' adjustable ones. They say they are genuine amber and are knotted individually between each bead, so if it snaps you don't get beads everywhere. They are a tiny bit more expensive than others on eBay etc. but they are adjustable so can be fitted properly to the baby and aren't such a risk then. Tilly wears hers on her ankle and doesn't even touch it, even though she grabs her feet. I'm really happy with how she doesn't even seem to notice it. I have no idea if they really work, but she's only occasionally whingey and doesn't seem to be in much pain - just irritated.

I might give one a go too! The dribbling is dreadful! We get it soaking through her clothes right through her vest its gross.

She's a poorly chicken today. Full of cold. Poor thing.

We use an amber anklet :) got ours from amazon. Its the individually knotted type, but its not adjustable. We've had months of dribbling, red and hot cheeks, chewing fingers (his own or anyone that gets too close lol) and his muslins, but no teeth! I do think it helps because if it gets left off for a few days he becomes more grumpy and whingy. Sometimes his dribbling is that bad we have to put him in those plastic backed bibs which I hate.

I kinda want his teeth to come through, but I'm also not bothered as I think once babies start getting teeth through they don't look like babies so much.

Just ordered one. Thought may as well give it a go!

Seb usually finds relief in biting his hand and then deciding to growl at me when i take it away from his mouth, his new favourite thing to bite on is his dummy!, its definitely a good job i stocked up on them..He's really fussy with dummies!, we have to have the phillips Avent ones with the glow in the dark handles..We have a whole draw full of dummies he hasn't even touched..Hopefully he wont be so particular about them the older he gets lol
