I eat at least 2 meals by 11. I have a good size bowl of cereal, honey cheerios with half a banana before I leave the house and then a meal deal between 9-11 (an all day breakfast sandwich or christmas sandwich, graze snack pretzel with nutella and apple juice). Then I have some hot spice apple cider, which is like childhood in a cup for me. Sometimes I have another snack in that time frame as well. I eat all the time during the day. After that I'll still have a decent lunch and a snack to follow that. But by the time I get home for dinner, I want nothing more than soup. Thank goodness for that or I think I'd really be overdoing the calories.
