It's my birthday on Sunday, hence the reason I persuaded oh to let me bring our gender scan forward lol hoping I get my boy for my birthday as I have a girl but to be honest after the mmc a healthy baby of any gender will be lovely! Xx

That'a great birthday present Mayday. I had convince my dw to do the same, but then when we got the date of the 20wk scan, I decided to wait because her parents will be here then and come with us to find out the gender. It's their first grandchild. I'm glad I suggested that because they are super excited and looking forward to the bonding experience!

I agreed ages ago to pick him up otherwise he could of got a taxi with the others but I was being nice I regret it now though! I'm in bed now just dropped him off lol

I'm looking at second hand cosattos but want a new cot and the one I've seen is 200 in toys r us but it's a cot bed so will last a while. I think we will use a lot of oh''s daughters bits. I didn't keep anything from my boys.

betty you have a lot of patience I love people who can stay team yellow I just can't do it I'm too impatient lol

Collected my blankets, omg they are gorgeous I got 5 in the end, not sure if that is ott or not. I suppose if this is a sicky baby I could get through them quite fast and I figured I would also use them downstairs and in the pram.

They only had the Wayfarer at toys r us. I played with it for quite a while and I do like it. I really need to see it next to the Oyster 2 and have another play with that. I think I have ruled out the third, although they didn't have the exact one I had seen they had another similar and it wasn't as nice. Not that keen on the Wayfarer colours though is the only issue.

I think I may have felt movement for the first time. It felt sort of like the movement of trapped wind, but I knew(?) straight away that it wasn't, as it came from my uterus. Like a kick towards the outside of my belly.

well tonight went horribly. went to pick him up at midnight waited 20 min's for his friend and him in his drunken mess state to find me. got on the motorway and he started being sick in my car so had to do an emergency stop on the hard shoulder. waited there for him to stop being sick. dropped his friend off finally got home with him stinking of sick and talking and swearing at everything. now I don't want to get into bed with him because chances are he will wet the bed in his state. he promised me he wouldn't get in this state again and here we are I'm so angry and now he's going to be hungover for our scan tomorrow which he probably doesn't even care about. rant over. going to eat and then try and sleep as it's noworth 1am

I'd kick him out of bed! What a let down. It sounds as if he has an issue with alcohol to me and that's a hard thing to deal with at the best of times never mind in your state.

So sorry to hear that Nikki. And Ery is probably right as it does sound like alcohol issues. He sounds like an old Navy friend of mine who didn't need a drink, so he thought he didn't have an issue with alcohol, but once he started to drink, he went overboard and never listened to reason about stopping for the night. He was almost always carried out of the bar, sometimes thrown out. Good luck today and hope he isn't too hungover and that he shows interest in the scan.

My little crumpet is a right wrigglebum lol i really think this one is going to have an opposite personality to my sleepy son lol

Hubby is still asleep but bless him I came home and he had tidied the ENTIRE house I mean I've never seen it look this good in 2yrs! Every room bar our bedroom and the loo lol which I will do tomorrow. I can't believe how hood it looks! May give him an early Xmas pressie! Lol

And u can enjoy it xx he is going to have to stop doing that at some point when u have a baby, you won't be picking him up or looking after him then X I hope it changes his outlook when baby is born.
