May mummies and rainbows to be :)

What time are the scans at today! Can't believe we're all getting to the stage of finding out babies gender, so exciting! Xx

Good luck with all the scans today ladies.
Nikki, I hope it eases soon.

Totally off topic but I need to have a clear out of clothes and shoes, I am wondering if I should just take them to the salvation army or sell them on ebay. The only thing I am thinking of is postage prices, if there are any regular sellers then what do you use? post office? doddle? a courier company? I have lots of boots so they won't be that cheap to send so can't be bothered if I won't make much back on them xx

I've also started a massive clear out. I've decided to try to sell some first, I've got quite a lot of items so was thinking of starting them at £5 or something and seeing what sold. Postage is expensive, most of my stuff is clothing but there are some shoes in there that are heavy. I think I'll take the heaviest item to the post office to see how much it would be. I've used Hermes before and they are really good in this area, but I've also heard loads of horror stories about them. I also debated just car booting the lot, then whatever doesn't go taking to the charity shop. Would be nice to make a bit back as there are some good things in there and the extra cash would be lovely!

I've used my hermes for bulkier items for the past 2 or 3 years only have good things to say about them only 1 parcel went missing (but err that was me putting the wrong address on doh!) In the same period of time royal mail has lost well over 10 parcels! Plus sooooo much cheaper than royal mail!

I know right!!!!! I've made a small addition to the front page at the bottom lol hope to have to edit it later today!

I'm so mega happy shopping arrived and I added so ethingvid been craving every lunch time and I'd forgotten I'd ordered it I can't wait for lunch now so so do happy!!!

Not too much longer to wait!

I've begun to practice my nails for my friends wedding day. So nervous coz I'm meeting lots of people from hubby's work for the first time! As he is one of only 2 guys that work there I need to make a good impression lol.

Here's my Base coat I think I'll decorate with flowers and hearts just need to decide the colour maybe black flowers or white hearts? Possibly dome butterfly's? Ooooo I'm excited to try out new designs now. Been a long time since I focused on girly stuff like nails and hair lol.

For my hair I think I'll do a few curls on top and leave it straight below... maybe I'll end up curling it all and sticking it half up half down.

one of my key children's mums is 3 months pregnant so happy for her because she had a stillbirth last year and they are such a lovely family :)

Just back from midwife. All well and heard heartbeat. She got my son to feel my tummy for baby too - he was dead cute. The midwife I saw was the one who delivered him so that was nice! X

So hermes is cheaper than royal mail, is this even for things such as boots?
Snowbee, I have been meaning to do a carboot for ages but its the getting up at silly o'clock that puts me off. I think they have all probably stopped now anyway until spring. I need to make some space for bubbas things in our room, we don't have a spare room so she will be with us xx

Especially for things like boots! Depending on the size it's usually less than £3 for my hermes where royal mail have charged me abut a tenner for the same service as hermes is tracked too as standard and you pay extra for that with royal mail. Don't go for yodel they are more likely to lose parcels lol

Glad it went well how nice that it's the same midwife!

Fantastic, thanks. Is it easy to arrange? xx

does anyone else have bad dreams? nearly every night I still dream of losing the baby :(

Yep just go onto the site put in the to and frI'm address the weight and if you want it collected from your house or if your going to drop it off at a local hermes collection point (there are like 5 within walking distance of my house one about 15 steps away and one where I work to they are everywhere) collection from you is like an extra 30p.

Then just print off the postage and packing slip (you can use PayPal) one slip goes inside the parcel the other gets stuck to the outside of the parcel.

Simples! Lol

I have a question about my scan. I could see the heart beating clearly, but there was something else "beating" on the leg/foot. I saw it a couple of times when she was moving the scanning thing around. What could this have been? I'm assuming the baby doesn't have a second heart in it's leg!?!
