Because I'm only doing clomid there was a chance if start to surge on my own as nothing would stop it and mess up the trigger timing. Anyway, it didn't thank god and my follicle is 18.3 so triggering tonight too and iui Friday! Waiting for my call too missj! Phew! X
 
That's great news hun! Definitely going to be iui and 2ww buddies! Got my call, IUI is scheduled for 12 noon so trigger has to be done 12am tonight. Eeek! X
 
Gosh it might be a late night then! I'm glad to be in such good 2ww company :-)
 
I am really feeling tired the past few days so I'm not really looking forward to triggering at midnight lol. Was hoping for an early night!

Aw ditto hun, it's so nice to have someone to go through it with. Hopefully we will end up bfp and bump buddies too.
 
That would be just fab :-) I've got to at 2am and my iui will be 2pm Friday, nightmare! And to make it worse they want hubby to go in at 8am to give his same to be prepared in advance (hope that's ok, assume it is) so we have a logistical stress with childcare...this better bloody work! I'll be setting the alarm clock tonight :-/
 
Ah man 2am! I had one at 3am I think it was iui#3 or 4. I chose to stay up rather than wake up and inject bleary eyed lol!

Yes that's fine about the sample, my iui is at 12noon and DH has to go in and do his sample at 9.30am in advance too.

Ah that makes me feel a bit better about the time delay, although 6 hours seems a bit extreme...must relax, must relax!! I think I'll go to bed for a bit, bloody knackered, hope I hear the alarm! Xx
 
They will keep it in the best conditions , it's in safe hands hun. Keep your alarm on your pillow - i use the alarm on my phone and keep it on my pillow just in case lol.
 
I know, eeeeek indeedio! I've got so much ewcm today my body is well up for it, just hope hubby is! Do you have to lY down for a while after? Another random stress is will all drip out! Xx

Yeah the nurses keep me laying down for 15-20 minutes afterwards and when I get up, nothing escapes lol. It's all injected right into the womb so it's nice and safe. X
 
Good luck ladies!

I had my baseline scan yesterday so started stims yesterday. Just done my second one, can't believe how worried I was about injections, it's easy :) got my next scan Monday, then Wednesday and then Friday. I have a high chance of hyper stimulation so fingers crossed my ovaries behave :)

Good luck Charlie, I'll be stalking! I hope they behave too. If we go to IVF I have a high risk of over stimulating too so will be keeping everything crossed it all goes super smoothly for you xxx

Egg collection is planned for Monday for me now! They have grown some more luckily and she thinks I'm ready! Had to buy some extra drugs and I also had to get some oestrogen pessaries to thicken my lining a bit more.

I'm all done! Was so quick! Hubby's sample was within normal range and post wash was 12 mil but for a reason I can't fully remember 6 mil we're put in, something to do with volume. Start progesterone suppositories tonight and test in 2 weeks. Had some spotting when I went to the loo but that seems to have eased and I'm rather crampy so lying down with my heat pad on my tummy. Everything crossed xx

How about you missj? Lovely sunny day to make a baby :-)

Great news Dee, glad it all went well. I'm the same really, everything went really well, we got to watch it on the screen which was good! I feel ok now, was tender earlier and a bit crampy but I feel fine now. Otd 22nd June! :clock: x
