CDAbaby I got ohss and had to wait 3 months and have FET, I was devastated at the time but FET worked for me so I agree, giving your body a break is a good thing xx

Yes its supposed to be good when all the stims drugs are out of your system so they don't interfere with the progesterone. Must be frustrating though especially having to wait 2 cycles.

It can be much better for you to do FET rather then transfer on your stimm cycle, as Stimms and EC can be really harsh on the body and while the body is trying to repair from that a embryo is trying to stick. I know it is disappointing going through all the Stimms etc only to then freeze the embryos but just think your body is going to be so much more ready to receive that/them little embryos when the time for FET comes xx

So I couldn't hold out until Tuesday to test and bought a clearblue digi yesterday. Got my very first bfp this morning!!! (My very first time of poas also!) Eeek so excited.

Thank you. Still can't quite believe it. Very early days though yet. I am 8 days past transfer, wasnt expecting it to even show yet, so nice surprise. Xx

Yep day 13. My otd is tues, day 15. Thank you my lovely, hopefully you wont be too far behind. All thd best for tomorrow, let me know how you get on x

That's great Poispinner, 1st time success. Its wonderful after all the stress of IVF to get a positive result to make it all worthwhile!

I was told how many eggs they got as soon as I woke up CDABaby and then got a call the next morning to say how many fertilized. Good luck!

They got 16 eggs! I have been admitted to ward as fainting after procedure and pain. But feeling much better now so hoping they will let me go home x
