Thank you ladies xx just had call to confirm just waiting to here frostie embie is ok!! I have to work for the rest of the week going to try to relax lots in the eve though and hopefully won't be a busy week!

Im ok Lou thanks for asking.. the worry continues after the bfp as its all about keeping the pregnancy. Would love for you to join us in the FET sucesses! Tip that Fliss gave was to get some baby head sniffing in as it floods you with hormones.. know of any newborns hehe xx

It's one hurdle after another isn't it! When is your scan? U will feel better after that?

Our embie has survived and our transfer is at 4.15pm! Now all I need to do is relax!!

Rang the consultant's secretary to ask them to fax the prescription to the pharmacy. Pharmacy were useless and one woman put the phone down on me before I could ask my question! Then they said it doesn't come in that dose so they need another prescription! Also doesn't come with syringes so I have no idea what I'm going to do about that! Its ridiculous! I'm supposed to be as relaxed as possible for this but that's a joke! I suppose worst case scenario I stay on the down regulation until they get their act together.

Not that I completely understand what you are going through Blueflower since never done IVF ( but will soon! ) I am sorry to hear you are stressed.

Agree, this is a time to be relaxing but difficult when you have to organize a million things and run to doc for scans, blood tests all the time! Have a lovely boyfriend but he has it sooo easy. The other day he complained about having ANOTHER blood test.. Come on, I have been through 3 surgeries, scans, HSGs, Blood tests etc etc. They have no idea .

Btw, sorry if this message has spelling mistakes or hard to read. Writing from the airport launh from my phone..

All done, struggled to get in so panicked for a bit but got there eventually! Feel a bit sore now though! Trying not to worry about that!!

Blueflower what a nightmare! How are u supposed to stay stress free it's crazy! Yes surely u can just stay on down reg maybe that's why the consultant isn't panicked!?

So my OTD is the 22nd but my period is due on the 18th one week away so surely I can test then or wait to see if get AF?? At least it's only a week I just hope it's long enough for little embie to latch on and say I am here!!

Great to have it done!! I am sending lots of positive thoughts and will wait for the BFP update soon .

Question, how does it feel? Painful? Same as HSG ( not something I like to do every day.. )?

My tummy just feels a bit sore now and I was a bit crampy but that's worn off. The actual procedure was only discomfort not pain, last one I had done was a breeze felt nothing but this time was a bit more tricky getting in so I think it was discomfort from her trying to get into the uterus!

I am sat with my feet up waiting for my Chinese!! X

Understand, when I had my HSG they had to bring the Clamp thing out to hold my cervix. Think it can makes it a bit more sore.

A friend of mine did ivf ( has a baby now ) and she said she was sore after the transfer as well so normal. Enjoy the food! I am going to "enjoy some airplane food now" ciao xxx

Sorry you feel sore Louba, I used to have trouble with getting through my cervix as apparently its tucked away and difficult to find. But its either straightened out or I am used to the clamps etc and relax so let them in more easily! Have a nice relaxing evening and your little embie will be snuggling in nicely!

I am beyond stress now and just lying in a ditch in a ball on the other side of stress waiting for it all to go over my head! Its a good thing this isn't our 1st ivf! Its so disorganised and I don't feel looked after or reassured at all! I have no plan and no indication of doses! Consultant has gone on leave!

Had a message from a lovely pharmacist who said she still needs another prescription but because she's aware that I need the Menopur by Friday she has put the order in anyway! Thank God for nice diligent people!
