That's interesting about the endometrial receptivity window isn't it, what do they test for? Glad you've booked it in, will you down Reggio g this cycle too then? I don't down reg on the short protocol but will start swimming around 10th August I think xx

They test the hormones in the lining I think, then if its more receptive earlier than when the embryos are at the right stage, they freeze them for the following month. Yes I will probably have the sniffing one rather than injectable Buserelin, hooray! And no contraceptive pill as we won't be waiting to fit in with the clinic this time, hooray!

Consultant said we can start the IVF drugs next week too, its all very sudden and I feel a bit concerned because I definitely ovulated (showed up on scan & 2 positive OPKs!) and we DTD twice during that time, but if I have the biopsy it may get rid of an embryo implanting, it never occured to me not to try if that was coming up, I didn't realize the dates would be so close.

DH is also upset that we might start the drugs when there's a chance it could happen naturally and implied that I wanted to start too soon. But even if we wait till next month we still have to start the drugs on day 21. Confused!

I completely understand your concerns. Had the same issue. We also timed it perfectly during my ovulation and then I found out I had to do a hysteroscopy before AF was due. My doctor said my chances of conceiving naturally ( before they remove the polyps during hysteroscopy ) were minimal so I went though with it. Understand your dilemma though..

Thanks hunni. My OTD is tomorrow. I am nervous and excited and not really sure what to so with myself today. I have a blood test in the morning and they will call me in the afternoon. I have been google crazy looking up every symptom lol..the start of the week has been pretty bad tbh. My OH nearly cut his finger off with a hedge cutter so have been in and out of hospital for the last 4 days. Hopefully the week will end with some good news xx

Just the blood test. I'm too scared to do a home one so just going to wait until tomorrow. I have had cramping since 3dpt but it seems to have eased off today. I also had a weird discharge the other day which was all stretchy like ovulation (sorry tmi ) sometimes I think maybe it could have worked and then other times Im convinced it hasn't as I feel completely normal. I swear my brain is making symptoms up to trick me. I do get really hot in the night too and I wake up and my hair is all over the place but I think that is the progesterone. Eeek this time tomorrow I will either be extremely happy and on cloud 9 or drowning my sorrows with a bottle of wine! xx

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has experienced bleeding while taking gonal f and suprecur I've been taking both for the last 9 days 10 including today I was on 37.5 of gonal f and 30 of suprecur this morning however I started bleeding not heavy but every time I wipe the clinic upped my dose of gonal f to 70 and kept the suprecur the same just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
