All went ok, took a cool bag and it stayed cool all day, Iui in the morning and then need to wait 2 weeks and 2 days before testing.

I have just done a test lovely to see a positive after all this time even though I know it is drug induced!!!

I must remember to do one next time I do a trigger! Never got a bfp so I can pretend it is one!

Hi ladies!

Gosh I feel like I've missed so much. What have I missed? Hope everyone is doing ok.

Sorry I've been AWOL, when I'm between cycles I just come away from the forums and at the moment we are going through lots of changes at home so we are quite preoccupied. Amazingly I've had a natural af since our ivf (about 8 weeks after) and I have just started bleeding today so my second natural af since ivf and it's just under a month since my last one! So I'm in total shock that my body seems to be working on it's own. I don't know whether this will affect anything with treatment.. I had a blood test done to check my thyroid about 2 weeks ago but I haven't had results back yet so I'm still waiting for that.

I will be doing my IVF cycle later this year once I get back from holiday.

MissJuly - great to hear your body is sorting itself out. My AF came today too (2 weeks spotting reduced to 2 days) but am off work sick with the pain, sickness, feeling faint etc... Xxx

Its our appointment in London tomorrow with a new consultant. Fingers crossed it will go smoothly and we can plan to start the cycle soon without having to jump over more hurdles!

I had my nurse appointment today. Waiting for AF and then will book the ends scratch and will start the cycle when my August period starts, another short protocol. I'm adding intralipids and possibly steroids, waiting to hear back from consultant. Going to throw everything at it! Xx

It'll be my second attempt, and unless we have anything frozen it'll be my last too. I already feel very anxious about it not working...looks like today is cd1 so will call and book my endo scratch. With the summer hols almost here I'm going to plan lots to take my mind off everything and enjoy my dear little Nancy xx

Yeh it went well. Was over in a flash. It was first thing this morning and been resting In bed pretty much all day. They collected 10 eggs so just got to wait and see now x

Thats a great number tiptoes... they will be fertilising nicely over night! My clinic did not ring back til day2 with the first update..

Our appointment went well! The consultant was much more positive than our one before, he said my egg reserve was great for my age and we'd almost got there each time. He said if we'd got rubbish embryos it would be time to stop but we didn't! He didn't recommend the embryo screening yet but suggested a thyroid test, sperm DNA test and the implantation window biopsy which would be cheaper too. He had lots of knowledge and said he did his research thesis on male infertility so has real expertise. He is an expert on implantation failure so was just what we needed! There was a lot of info to take in but we both liked him & feel more positive about it all!

Ah blueflower that is great that you have some positivity from your new clinic. Hopefully now you will be able to get some answers and more importantly your BFP. When is your next appt? X
