These bloody UK midwives are a bit lax aren't they! Mine didn't want to see me at 36 weeks because it was Good Friday, but pretended it's cos I was going to the diabetes clinic (where they don't do the same checks).

I'll keep my fingers crossed that jld gets back home before baby comes and isn't out there too much longer.

Hi Hun. Phone is working now. Jus seen the doctor an it look as though I'm going to be a mummy in a couple of days time. So scary and had a massive cry with alex but they said she should be just fine and we may have to stay here up to 2 months. Xx

Oh my god... That is incredible. At least she is in a European country and not the 3rd world. Poor girl, but glad she's being looked after.

Hi everyone. Thanks so much for ur messages. Baby's heartbeAt is strong but she is quite small. I think they want her out by Thursday. My mums flying out here on thurs morning and alexs mum got here yesterday. Don't Panic ladies, we are insured !! In a lovely private hospital. We are being taken good care of and in getting used to my surroundings nd tryin to relax so to not stress our princess out. I'm scared as he'll about having her ao early but excited as anything to meet her as they say that the best thing for both her an myself is for her to be out so I'm taking their word for it. Major que jumping going on here. Hope you are all well and I will keep you updated x
