Oh god, I hope she's ok. She must be worried sick! A family friend of ours developed preeclampsia a month or so back at 30 weeks and had an emergency section and now has a healthy baby girl!

Was thinking the same about insurance! Poor thing. I'm still concerned about the pitting edema I've got and I'm in the UK.

i was thinking that soon as i read it ive got badly swollen hand and feet and my urine not been checked for weeks my mw doesnt bother.

My oh finds it funny to put dents n my ankles

Your mw should be checking your urine at each appointment. The midwife I spoke to the other day said pitting edema was normal, so I'm just going with what she said. :s

I know. In a way im still glad we came because nobody seemed to notice in england, no matter how much i said i didnt feel right ! Doctor came to our hotel and said i needed an ambulance asap as my blood pressure was something like 157. Its now 137 i think they want it to be about 120? No idea. The language barrier is a bit of a problem ! X
