**January 2018 Mummies, New year Babies**

Is anyone still exercising? I went to my usual boot camp last night and can barley move my legs at work today! :( ha! I'm hoping to continue with it all as long as I can. Can't wait to have the booking appointment and our scan is 7th June :) eeek xxxx

I finally have an appointment with the Midwife 5th June, can't wait, will make it feel more real :) x

God I feel awful today. So tired, bloated, nauseous and keep getting horrible headaches. I want to nap but I can't settle.

Soooo tired I can't even get out of bed let alone exercise

My bloating and initial sickness has calmed right down, i had headaches too, similar to when im due AF. The only things i am noticing is that i am hot, tired and weeing loads. Hopefully yours might ease off a bit too x

I'm still running once or twice a week but I'm finding it so much harder! Not sure how long I'll keep it up for xx

Yea it is getting harder as I'm so drained , but i know once you get past 10weeks - ish - you do start and feel abit more human, as the placenta takes over. Well that isn't the case for everyone but I'm hoping to carry on with some exercise each week. I'm high risk though so will depend as I get bigger and I doubt I'll be allowed (or have the energy!) in the 3rd trimester.
On another note, can't stop eating biscuits and my work joggers are too tight:shock: cant wait for booking in appt, time is dragging !!:( :(

I'm constantly hungry too! Pregnancy clothes may make an appearance before my actual baby bump haha x

I'm actually debating maternity clothes now! :) I've got 4 boys, and never felt like this and been so bloated this early before. It's so uncomfortable :(

Evening,

Hello to those who have joined recently - welcome aboard!

I'm feeling a bit more normal today - still nauseous but not as bad as previously and although retching, haven't been sick since Monday. Had a few moments when I thought it was imminent though!
I'm also on the ginger biscuits, but have found flat lemonade/slightly sparkling lemonade has really took the edge off today. I still can't eat much more than Ginger Biscuits in the morning, but by lunchtime I can manage something savoury/proper lunch.

Seeing midwife, for booking in appointment on Friday - feels like things are finally going to get moving.

Alipops x

I just stood up, and got a shooting pain in what felt like my right ovary. Could this just be things adjusting still? I'm so paranoid of having an ectopic pregnancy, Ive known so many women have one

I'm nervous about running because I've had brown spotting a few times and it scares me... which is silly I know because everything I've read (and my MW) says that brown blood and no pain is nothing to worry about... I really ought to just get out there and do it.... perhaps I'll do something low impact like swimming instead or cycling ...

They're so comfy so why not! :)

I get those pains rolling over in bed or reaching high shelves I think it's normal lol no clue really I'm a first timer too I wasn't to worried as the go away pretty quickly

Carly I get those pains. Moving too fast, or reaching too far, or even sneezing. It's just your ligaments. Obviously if you're worried then always ring, but it sounds normal, try not to worry. Easier said than done. I still worry! And Fela I wouldn't start something new, if you don't usually run, and if you've had brown blood then probably best to check first before excerising. Swimming is great for pregnancy, I think I'll do some when bump arrives and it becomes difficult to do other things.:)

Thanks for the reassurance ladies, I assume it anything to be concerned about I'd have it constantly or more often at least xx

Sugar10, I think the frustrating thing is, I'm actually a keen runner, I was training for a half marathon before my BFP... but the spotting still makes me nervous, may just eat healthily and do low impact stuff until I get my confidence back

Aughhhhh Ive got stretch marks on my boobs already!! Ive done nothing but oil them up!
I going to look like a tiger! x

Yes Carly as long as pain isn't severe or long lasting or you have bleeding , then all sounds ok. It's hard not to worry though! Fela - oh that's fab that you were training, I'm sure if the brown spotting has stopped then some light exercise is probably ok. I like the sound of swimming,I'm going to try and make time for that each week . . Make time for myself in my busy house - hilarious! Haha. :)
Anyone constipated? I'm really feeling awful with it and so bloated. Wondered if the vitamins were contributing ? :(
Oh and my early scan is the 6th June, not 7th! :/ so excited and nervous. :) night all x

Don't worry about stretch marks, keep up with the oil , or try aveeno I found that was fab last time. They do fade aswel. I don't have any on my tummy from pregnancy (lucky!) but I do have them on my hips / legs, and they are faint now. And they are your mummy stripes :)
