**January 2018 Mummies, New year Babies**

Congratulations to all those who have recently joined!

Well, i've felt dire today.

Was awake at 5:45am. Felt horrendous, sick/wierd. Just not right. Luckily, didn't have to go straight to work so sat around for a bit, finally had some cereal (ironically Coco Pops which I used to have a lot in my first pregnancy), struggled on eating them. Then i was sick twice, two hours later! Managed to eat a ginger nut biscuit (Again, use to eat these a lot in my first pregnancy when sick) and was fine.

Still felt crap all day - almost like I was a bit drunk/hungover. Struggled through to lunchtime - managed to have some school dinner at work, still felt rubbish. Eventually, late afternoon I finally felt well enough to eat something. I've managed some bread and butter for tea so far and some mint chocolate poppets!

I completely forgot how rubbish it feels to be sick/feel sick/feel rubbish. Hope tomorrow is better!!

Alipops I have felt the same today. It is awful! I couldnt have gone in work today and luckily its ny non working day today and tomorrow so well done you for soldering on!
I really have felt hungover like you have described but even though I felt it, I wasnt actually sick.

I hope you sleep well and feel better tomorrow xx

The tiredness this pregnancy is horrendous!! Everyone said being pregnant when you have a toddler is tough but I thought nahhh it'll be fine!! When the kids left my classroom yesterday at the end of school, I just cried from sheer exhaustion!! Only for a minute before I told myself to man up!! Had a normal caffeine tea this morning to help get me through the day!! Hope everyone's ok!!! Xx

Do anyone know what is considered heavy lifting during early pregnancy? I keep worrying I'm lifting too much and will cause damage.

I wonder if this constant anxiety lasts the whole pregnancy or it's just worse during the first trimester.

It lasts the whole pregnancy, sorry :x. If it's any consolation, I'm a lot more relaxed the second time round, I think that's from knowing how robust kids are.

I did heavy lifting throughout my whole pregnancy last time but it was part of my daily routine (I have horses so had to lift heavy water buckets, hay nets, wheel barrows etc). I wouldn't however offer to help move furniture etc x

Been feeling rubbish the last 2 days lots of digestive symptoms popping up unfortunately, was haveing bad gas pains in my upper abdomen all day yesterday went #2 3 times very large runny poops *sorry tmi* and today been #2 twice already and just been nauseous all day and tummys making odd noises:lol: hoping this clears up soon as I feel like crap and definitely not enjoying myself lol

Mostly symptom free today but my GOD my boobs are sore. When I take my bra off at night they ache so much!

I have a wedding on the weekend and a posh party at the start of June, I'm worried about fitting into my dresses! I don't know if I've really gained anything, I've been eating normally, but not been running because i've been so tired :(...jeans are feeling tight but I'm hoping it's just bloating...

I went and got two soft bras to sleep in they've helped so much with the breast tenderness. Anyone else struggling with constant nausea? Only fix I've found is drinking ginger ale and eating ginger cookies yummy and nausea is completely gone yay!!

Yes me, I'm feeling awful I've been awake from around 2am with bad nausea and retching I've had to stay off work and waiting for docs to call me about anti sickness meds. I had them last pregnancy so hoping they will be happy to prescribe again.

Hi might sound stupid but how do i get added what do i need to do??!!

Im due 25th jan yayyyyy

Thanks

Simone x
