He was born at 38 weeks. Very unexpected. Had thought I would go over time.

So is the induction going ahead today then TC?. Like you said, baby is most important, although I understand it's disappointing not to be how you thought it might go. Can't wait for more updates and baby pics though xx

Jolly, I have everything crossed you go naturally then before c-sec is needed. Like TS though, guess it's better to be safe than sorry after everything that happened last time.

Happy New Year lovelies. I spent most of the night very uncomfortable in bed. Felt like I was having contractions without any actual pain, but they didn't feel like my braxton hicks at all so not sure if body is getting ready or whether it was something totally unrelated.

Well ladies. Baby W decided to be a 2014 baby. Meet baby Max born at half past 3 today weighing 6lb 14 1/2oz. He's amazing. Can't believe it.

Just off to triage, reduced movements since yesterday and now haven't felt bean since about 5am when they had a little spurt. This will be my 4th Time in there overall so fx it's ok like before. It never gets easier does it!

MrsW I've updated the first page to include Max.

Your birth is the one that's really made me think "OMFG" as it was spontaneous - I am pretty sure every other "early" baby has been induced !!

Hope you and Max are OK and home soon

Candy I had the exact same thing Monday morning!!!
Spent an hour on the monitor all was fine, sent for scan Tuesday and again all
Was fine !! They are wee brats aren't they????
I hope you and baby are fine too (I have no doubts tho that u will. But I don't care how annoying I come across to the midwifes I will alwayssss get reduced movement checked out!!) xxxxxx

In hospital but they think baby has disengaged and may be transverse again! Will have scan to check as they can't induce if this is the case.

Oh no Tinsel, hopefully baby hasn't turned and is still ok to induce. If baby is transverse will they just go for c-sec instead?

I'm so uncomfortable today...I feel like my entire belly has literally no room whatsoever. Feels the heaviest it's ever felt today and everything seems very squished. Also feel the head very low down with loads of pressure which is not that fun.

It's our month woohooo (with a touch of YIKES!!)

Good luck those being induced-TC maybe baby doesn't want to be induced after all and wants to come in their own sweet time?!

Candy, sorry only just come on here for first time today, text u-let me know how you get on but fx all okay and they're just being a little minx again.

I've had a productive start to January sorting the nursery out and packing all my bags so feeling far more organised thank goodness! Hope everyone doesn't mind but thought I'd share a pic of my handiwork lol! x

If the baby is transverse then the only way out is c section and I imagine I'll be staying here if they want to wait. Am waiting on a doctor but they are all doing c sections at the moment.

Baby still v active, heartbeat keeps going over 200 - crazy baby!
