Yesterday's exercise -

I gave all my other exercises a miss as was absolutely shattered as was on day 11 out of 12 working days, I also had a punding headache & I'm having problems with my left ankle/shin, think my shin splints are playing up

Awwwww thanks DP, when I'm off my break I'm gonna do a total count of mileage etc as gonna give myself tonight & tomorrow off for definite then Sunday is undecided at the mo

Yeah leg should be ok, not as painful as what I'd get through running but still there, defo need to get my trainers sorted out......after the holiday I think

I thought I would give a quick update of my totals so far as am giving myself some time off from the exercise & think I will start back up on Monday

I've worked out that have done 17 days of walking & other exercise & then with starting back on Monday that's another 17 days before the holiday

Don't worry about the exercises you are doing well with everything including the walking, you will get back into the exercises when you feel ready for it xxx

I'm ok hun, had a massively busy day yesterday and was overtired come bed time, but feeling ready to face the day today, went shopping to Asda last night and bought loads of things to help me with my plan, so feeling positive, xxx
