20 x left upper cuts (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x right upper cuts (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x left jabs (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x right jabs (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x left crosses (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x right crosses (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x left overheads (Boxing/Body Combat move)
20 x right overheads (Boxing/Body Combat move)

Also did some exercises for the glutes but not sure what they are called

Home to Croydon station = 2.34
London Bridge station to work = 1.71

Then the same going back the way

The smaller walk takes me about 20-25 mins & the longer one about 30-35 mins

Depends how tired my legs are & what I'm listening to, try to get something really upbeat to keep me going

That's the great thing with the app, tells you what distance you've covered, your pace & calories burnt

I will update Saturday's post as well cos I forgot to add in about the internal patrol of the building we do at the weekends, you have to go round & touch certain diester points & check everything is ok so you are going up & down between 12 floors

It was a total of 1,325 steps, this was just from walking up & down the stairs, not sure on the steps taken from walking round each of the floors though so will be more but not going to approximate that

I am also going to increase my other exercises up to 30 now for this week, then increase to 40 the week after & then up to 50 the week after

Thanks hun, I've increased the abs, legs, glutes & arms up to 30 as they got used to doing the 20 & I like that I'm not using any weights as I don't walk bulk up, just wanna tone everything up

Ive started exercising with my gym ball it is really good for toning its amazing the amount of exercises you can do with it x
 
Good for you hun, that's the one piece of exercise equipment I'm rubbish at using, I spend more time shouting at it then getting toned :lol:

My walking is fab for the lighter months but not when it starts getting darker cos the weather will get shittier & I'm petrified of the dark so I've just noticed a gym that I walked past in the morning called Gymbox

I'll look into it & go there throughout the winter months
