As this is thread is kinda becoming a journal of some sort I'd thought I'd keep an update of my slimfast journey as well

2 months ago I was 11st 4lb & now I'm 10st

1st month weight loss = 14lb
2nd month weight loss = 4lb

I've haven't religiously stuck to it this month, work been stressful with the boss but not been hugely bad or anything but still very happy with my weight loss as that's 1lb a week, which I think is about right

I have just over 6 weeks until the holiday so think will weigh myself the day before we fly, my target weight is between 9st & 9st 7lb so if I'm extra good then it should be doable

Hey hun, go to the doctors and ask for the champix tablets, they are amazing! It still takes a bit of will power but not half as much. It's worth it in the end, honest xxx
