I'm a bit down. I've started having brown spotting again today and mild cramps. So I'm back to worrying xx

I haven't phoned them. I spoke to my GP. The receptionist spoke to the midwife who just said wait until your scan or go to a&e if it's worse. They really dot support you very well in early pregnancy.

I might give them a ring and see xx

Hey clover, so glad you got an early scan. I managed to get mine the day after thanks to my mum going on and on at them in a and e. I mentioned I had a previous mc and the fact i was so terrified it happened again. The doctor I got was amazing and he put me at the front of the queue the next morning as emergency. I was very lucky in that sense. My first mc I had to wait four days. They really don't hurry when it's your first twelve weeks. I can understand its because it's hard to tell what's going on, but I'd rather them give it ago then not bother at all.
Glad your bleeding has quietened down to. I was defo in full swing now and knew for sure it was a mc. I honestly think your in with a chance hun, because once it tends to start it doesn't stop. I'm so praying and begging for you I truely i am. Xx

What is the spotting like? If it's brown it's just old blood and is most likely IB still
I find some health professionals to be really insensitive
I found this while I was away on holiday the hospital there was really bad, since I've got back my local EPU have been really good

Hi Tigress I have never been through a miscarriage so don't know what to expect, but thought it would be quicker than 12 days , I haven't bled heavily yet and the cramps ive had have always eased of within 10 minutes
It's been like a really long AF but with less bleeding
I hope I get answers on Monday and I can carry on with my life as I feel it's been put on hold at the moment

I am still hoping and praying my baby is ok

I've just phoned them. The lady I spoke to this time was lovely. She's changed my scan to the 22nd at 9:45 I'm hoping my dates are right but I may be a little earlier. So there might not be a HB but if I see something I will be happy. They should call me back anyway if there is no HB.

Oh that's brilliant so next Friday? how many weeks will you be then? at least its only a week sweetie, and if the cramps get worse or if you start bleeding more please ring back or go to A&E
Im feeling really positive everything will be ok for you
even if you don't see a Hb next week it could be too early, try not to worry (easier said than done!)

Going off a 28 day cycle I will be 6 weeks exactly. But I could be earlier if my cycle was longer.

I got a positive opk on the 26/04. (We BD 24th & 26th) And my first BFP was the 05/04. (AF due 8/04) I can't see me being much earlier because then I would have got a super early BFP.

oh so if youyll be 6 weeks you may even see a HB, but it may be too early, I should be about 8/9 weeks as I Ovulated 1st March, got my Bfp 14th March making me 8 weeks, that's why I'm not hopeful as I only measured 5/6 weeks on the scan

really hope in a few months we are both in Tri 2 and this is in the past

2/3 weeks is nothing Hun. Remember Emmy was smaller. I couldn't have the 16 week sexing scan because she only measured 14 weeks. I was gutted at the time lol

What's the date of your last period? Are you sure you ovulated then? Your dates could be 1 week out. Some babies take forever to get down the Fallopian tube and implant.

Don't lose hope! I am hoping we will be in tri 2 together xx

The Date of my last period was 10th February and I did Ovulate later than normal 1st March is CD 21
I got a strong positive Bfp on 14th March so I can't be that out with my dates

I just hope that it's just taking time to catch up and I see some progress on Monday

My bleeding has gone back brown now , and is only a tiny amount when I wipe

Glad that you're feeling positive too, I'm sure everything is fine hun

It's so confusing isn't it. I've just been looking at the dates. The only explanation would be maybe higher hcg? Because you would have been 13dpo (at the latest) on the 14th.

Hopefully baby will be okay, and will have a strong HB
