Guess I belong here for now

Yeah my girls are 16 & 13 so both old enough to help and let me rest

I definitely think your spotting was IB , still take it easy, I know it's hard with a toddler

I've still got strong symptoms too, felt quite sick this morning and boobs sore so that's a good sign for us both :)

Hi, I've not really posted before but thought I should say that I had a large clot/SCH, at its biggest measuring over 10cm! My bleeding was so heavy, heavier than any period. I was having to use maternity pads, it was that bad. At times it was also extremely painful. They told me that the clot if small may reabsorb but otherwise it has to bleed out, mine was huge so it bled out. It continued up to around 11 weeks then all of a sudden stopped. I'm now 27 weeks pregnant and everything is fine. EPAU weren't overly concerned, they said it's the most common 'complication' they see. Scary for me though, I think they get desensitised to it all. Fingers crossed you have a positive outcome Xxx

Gail, so bleeding is on and off then. I'd suggest you rest as much as possible.

It's pretty dark blood in one of the pics and then almost nothing on the other.

Hope resting helps.

Hugs xxxxx

Symptoms are a great sign Hun :) is your scan next Wednesday? Sorry I have a rubbish memory! Lol

I would just ask your girls and hubby to do what they can. I'm sure they won't mind.

Baggatron I'm glad everything worked out well for you :) miracles do happen :)

And I'm hoping you get one too! Xx

I can't believe you're still in such limbo. The symptoms are a definite positive though! Lots of people have early bleeds so I'm staying really positive this is just the case for you. Keep up the resting! I hope next Wednesday flies in xx

And Baggatron, so glad everything had a fab result for you. What a worry that must have been though! xx

Clover my sister had bleeding with her daughter & the doctor put her on total bed rest for 6 weeks, only up to use the toilet, my niece is now 26. I'm sending lots and lots of sticky baby bean dust to you. I would stay in bed until scan next week. Xxx

Hi Bagatron , thanks so much for posting, I bet it was so scary when you bled so much, but lovely to know that you're still pregnant and up to 27 weeks!! When did you start bleeding how many weeks were you? And was it seen on your scan?

Clementine wow 6 weeks! That's amazing, so she have a Subcronic Hemorrhage?

I've been asleep all afternoon and feel really groggy

Don't be worrying hun, keep calm and positive. Easier said then done I know, it's a good sign your still getting symptoms, my symptoms stopped about a week before I started bleeding, that was how I knew something bad was going on a I didn't feel pregnant xx

Oh Gail... You must feel so stressed going through all this. Is it worth going to epu again tomorrow, say it's heavier with cramps and they might scan again. We're all thinking about you loads and willing things to go your way X X X X

Oh noo :( but it's so hard to tell as it could be the problem they told you about hats causing the bleeding and clots? Hugs xxx

I will ring EPU in the morning, I doubt they will scan me early but they may?, I just need to know whats going on so if I am losing my baby I can prepare myself :(
Thanks Becky

xxxx

I'm sorry Hun. Easier said then done but try not to worry. You have an explanation for the bleeding so it doesn't necessarily mean bad news. I would still rest as much as you can until you know what's going on. And if you're worried I would definitely speak to the epu again. They may offer you bloods or a scan or even just reassurance. Good luck Hun xx

I know Broody! it could be the extra chronic Haemorrhage that's causing the bleeding, just wish I knew
