*******February mummies 2015*******

Oohhh been doing a ton of housework today and when ive been to the loo last couple of times I've had some of the mucus plug come away - nice! Haha I know it's not a sign of iminent labour but my body is showing signs that it is approaching. Wahoo! :P

Thats got to be a good sign flick, things are moving in the right direction.

Just saw your photos becky - massive difference there! Dont think ive dropped just yet, still feels uncomfortable under my ribs.

Ive been getting really bad shooting pains in the left thigh and buttock, does this sound like sciatica or could it be something else? Pelvis is generally quite sore aswel so not sure if thats related xx

Think my body has started clearing itself out, sorry tmi! No sign of mucus plug loss yet, but still over a week until my due date. Had a lazy day most of the day but have had a sudden burst of energy so I've cleaned the kitchen again. If I carry on the way I'm going I'm sure it'll disappear! Steak and new potats for dinner tonight then I'm hoping to sort a load of washing out and get it away while I'm not feeling too achy b

Mrsjohnson sound like you may have a touch of sciatica. I can also sympathise with the rib pain as I had it for about 3 weeks and cried with agony. Try getting in all fours and rocking gently backwards and forwards to help move babes.

MrsJohnson: I've been getting similar pains and MW said they're perfectly normal. Xx

Nonabean its so uncomfortable isn't it! I struggle to find a comfortable position anywhere these days, even the sofa is causing me issues atm!
I know I just need to shut up and put up with it as its probably going to get worse but a good old moan never did anyone any harm! ;-) xx

The gym ball is my favourite place to sit just now. Only problem with that is my LO thinks I'm on there to play with him. Xx

Well im home again!!
Iv got a headache/migrane there not sure which 1.
And iv got really low iron so have to take iron tabs.
Got a check up next week to check my levels are evening out.
As for the other stuff there not majorly concerned about it but wouldnt give me more details as to why they where high.

Oww Flick sounds like labour could be close, cleaning and loosing your plug sounds promising xx

I'm sure there's more than just 3 babies been born (front page)?
I bought Ewan the dream sheep today and I have high expectations for him lol! Has anyone else got one?
I have had strong beaxton Hicks/period type cramps and pains for 4 weeks now and they keep getting stronger mainly at night but some in the day, I'm getting annoyed with them as I keep thinking its pre labour- hopefully my body is doing something productive so I have a shorter labour in the long run though!!
I'm so desperate for something to happen now and see my baby! <3
X

Flick I've lost some of my mucas plug tonight aswell, for my first I lost my mucas plug and then my waters broke so I kinda have high hopes here lol.

Flick can I ask (TMI here) mine was clear and very stringy and lots of it....no blood or anything, was yours like that?

Going to go in for a bath and see how things go.....

Selina I have a ewan the sheep! I've heard such good things about it and I'm the same as you I have very very high expectations for him hahahah!!!

Also I have had on off period pain for days and pressure down below!!!
Roll on 3 weeks time or fingers crossed sooner

Actually jealous of you flick & starlight losing some of your mucus plug! I'm hoping we will have another baby soon :) highly doubt it will be me though!

Baby has been quite quiet today but I've not had much of an appetite either. Been sooo tired! Did my weekly shop with my mum & just couldn't concentrate & focus on what I needed!

I'm getting desperate now too selina but just had a phone call to say our furniture won't be delivered for another week!!!!!!!! This was this weekends task, pretty much on a downer now :( boohoo!

Xx

Im very jealous of you ladies showing some signs, so far nothing for me!

Just looked up ewan the sheep and looks really good. All of the reviews were good so might have to buy one come pay day :) xx

Eee so excited for u both nothing for us on Helen notes it says ceph 4/5 I have no idea wat that means the midwife said baby laying on nerve so that's why Helen in pain xx baby all good and ready x

Oh flick and starlight I'm also in the jealous club...so excited for you both though I hope it is the start of things.
I'm 37 weeks tomorrow, so I think after the weekend I will be wanting to start eviction, I'm just way too uncomfortable already! And so exhausted after looking after dd today :(
Selina we use ewan the sheep and he was a God send in the early days. The white noise is fab and when she got a bit older the music is really soothing and helps them to recognize bed time .

Starlight, with my son I had my show and within a couple of days my waters broke too.
TMI for you as well lol... it looked like I sneezed out my flu (im sorry! >. <) It was slightly yellow tinged but otherwise clear(ish) and stringy. No blood either. Very different to the usual bodily juices ive had since EWCM!! Which made me google if it could actually be it.
I did quite abit this morning though so think it was probably dislodged due to movement rather than anything else.
Im fully expecting to be sat here, 42 weeks and huge lol Although im hoping after the pains I had the other day my body is getting ready at least. Im 39 weeks tomorrow. Baby please :)

Zoe, "Ceph 4/5" means baby is head down and 4/5ths palatable. Meaning your midwife can feel 4/5ths of the baby's head outside of the pelvis. That's good! :D

Selina, I've heard awesome reviews about Ewan the sheep. I'm guna wait and see how baby is first but it does sound like a worthwhile investment!

Pip, that sucks. Baby could be here in a week, have they told you why it's taking so long?

Blondy, I feel you :( It's bloody hard work with a lil'un. Duno how Mum's with more than 1 do it. Im exhausted all the time. Duno if it's guna be easier or harder with a newborn though??

Sorry for multiple posts ladies. Im such a chatterbox!

I swear on Saturday I thought I was in labour with the pains I was getting but like you I fully expect to be sat here at 42 weeks lol!!!

Baby has been very active tonight but no pains at all and no other shows. Last time I lost my plug it was from the morning right up till my water broke at 4.30pm.

Mind you I suppose it's all good signs that out bodies are getting ready, at least that's something lol.

38 week midwife appointment tomorrow, they don't bother whether head is engaged or not with your second as they mostly engage in labour a few of the midwifes have said so I'm not to bothered about it as long as baby is head down which it is x

I've got a Ewan, I can't wait to put him to use. I keep going in the nursery and pressing him on!

Ive got my 39 week midwife appointment tomorrow too. Duno whether to mention about the show or not. It's not guna make much difference I suppose. My SIL lost her plug at 37 weeks and went 10 days overdue. It would be nice if it were a definite! :P

My hubby wants to DTD! He's gaggin' haha XD Do I get jiggy? Lol
