I'm taking boots conception vitamins but I think I might take evening primrose too so that my cycles more regulated!

From what i have read with smep u start dtd on cd8 eveyother day till you get a pos opk then u miss a day then u dtd again one last time ..
hubbies on zinc and vit c .. no hot baths showers and loose undies lol
me im getting some seven seas tryin for a baby ... that concieve gel on the 3 days in a row .. 2 litres of water every day and anything else i can find on the internet haha i will get a bloomin baby haha xx

Great to see the BFPs fx we have lots more this month. I had my IVF embryo transfer today and the clinic confirmed our testing date is the 19th. Xx

From what I've read you start day 8 (although we started day 6) dtd every other day, start opk testing on day 10, and then once you have the positive opk you do the dance everyday for three days, then skip a day then dtd one last day.
