New to the forum. Expecting first baby 30th December (TBC).

8 weeks gone, 4 weeks till scan - scan cant come quick enough so that we can start telling people.

So I got my scan date - 2nd June depending on which due date I've got I'll be 14+2 or 14 wks. I think the cut off is 14+1. I'm going to call them in the morning but not sure what my chances are of getting it any earlier.... Slim I'd imagine another 2 weeks of uncertainty is going to mess with my head! x

Oh Becky hope they can get you in earlier. They should surely accommodate you worhin the correct timeframe, fingers crossed honey.

Feel awful today. Sick all day and migraine which is making the aixkneaa worse. Paracetamol doesn't touch the sides. I think I'll be crawling into bed soon to try and get rid! X x

Hi ladies new to this forum.11 weeks and 1 sY according to my own calculations.hav my first app on Tuesday and it can't come quick enough! I've bn a nervous wreak since I found out! Hope the nausea you all seem to be suffering with eases off! U poor things! I've bn quite lucky in that regard.just the sore boobs n so so tired but no sickness.

I haven't got a date for mine yet. But I'm 8+2 today, have booking appt on sat and hope that I'll get the scan date sometime within the next 4 weeks. Time is going so slowly!!

The cheapest I've seen is £189.00!! Can't really afford that. Just waiting for them to open to give them a call, I doubt they'll move it as the due date on my notes from booking in will put me at 14 weeks on scan day. x

Omg! No, that's so much money, I thought they were about £50/60!! Sure I even saw someone on here that paid £39! Do you think you ov'd later? I knew my edd was wrong, I've never ov'd on day 14, and I was right! Really hope you can get an earlier slot xxx

I could get a scan for cheaper but not the nt scan. Just rang up and because they go on lmp I'm within time it's just from the dates the last scan put me I'll be over. Nothing earlier, I can call and check for cancelations everyday. Hoping I won't be any further on and they can do it. Bloomin' nhs, I've had to wait ages for every appointment.

Ah, I didn't realise those scans weren't combined. Well hopefully you'll just be in that 14+1 time frame, and these two weeks will creep up faster than you think! Worst case scenario will you go for just the bloods if you are over? Where abouts do you live? Does seem that some places are better with the NHS than others!! Xxx

Hi oh I have just realised I logged onto a UK site lol I'm in Ireland so we have our first scan on the booking in app day . 5 more days to wait! Can't wait!

Im in the East Midlands, every appointment I've had to wait 2-3weeks for and have been late with all of them! Oh well. 12 days to go xx
