My bloody show last time was very obvious. It was a glob of jelly with blood streaked in it. But my contractions had already started when I had mine, so I didn't have that anticipation of are things starting.

Hmm I think it might have been it, there was quite a lot and there was definitely a thin streak of red blood.

Really hope the pains start up again soon!

Has anybody been having there show/plug come away over time? Mines has been on and off for the past day and a half its not much I thought it would come out like a bit of jelly but its more just mucusy discharge tinged with pink kinda like the start of ur period x

Well my dip was negative so just gotta wait it out. No real show just different coloured discharge. Cramps are also in back and thighs (and bum strangely!) Also my BP has gone up a lot for me, around 150/90 over last few days but MW not worried. Booked to see her Monday anyway. Will be 40+2 so hoping she might mention when I can have a sweep!

Think its my body trying to panic me in to getting everything ready.

And Yodel have been and gone. I'm shocked!

I need to make myself look presentable for bump and me!

Sounds like me and u are having pretty much the same my cramp is in my back at front under bump and inside of thighs it comes and goes hopefully this is the start for us! I'm getting a sweep next Thursday so hoping that kicks it off! Surely she will give u a sweep on mon x

Yes that sounds exactly like it!

I doubt ill get one on Monday - she hasn't said I will. Infact I'm sure she said I wouldn't get one till the following week. But I wasn't really paying attention then!

hi ladies!! i havnt forgot about you all ! lol iv just had a rough week and looking after a newborn ya just cant find time!! lol this is the first bit of me time iv had , we are in the middle of moving in our new home (OH is doin all the work as im still not myself and find it hard moving about alot still) hes been brilliant and took to it all so well , he adores logan the same as me how are you all doin?? who else has had their babies? what have i missed!? xxx

Uch that's rubbish Hun I get one on my due date then one at 41 weeks and then induced around 27th if sweeps don't work fingers crossed we don't need them an babies decide to come on their own in next few days! X

I was the same spinsugar. I thought id get one by the end of the week,
But i have to wait until next tuesday at 40+5 for sweep. Then i reckon after that it will be booked in for induction. But that wont be booked until next Tuesday. I am sure hoping that baby shows his face this weekend.

Aquatums was ace. Wish I'd had money to go every week, but it clashed with antenatal class or work the last few weeks.

Meanwhile two kids are washing my car, they are so excited I said yes, it's adorable! I nearly burst into tears seeing them smile. I'm an emotional wreck!!

Lovely to see you on here Charlotte, sounds like a busy time with moving as well!! Yikes!!! Xx

thanks umbongo yes we have been busy but luckily gaz is handling it all and id be lost without him. we should be moved by fri night/saturday mornin! i cant wait now just to be settle in our own home. since baby has arrived its ridiculously crowded in me mum n dads now lol xx

Was just having a joke about baby being late and how typical it would be cause his dad is always late.
And then I said "my son is going to be very lazy" and then I cried!

Happy tears! The word son kicked it off. Im going to have a son! awww
