Hi Kelly/Charlotte am doing well thanks, bumps growing but i love it. suffering with heartburn, sore back and restless nights but feel well. am getting anxious about something going wrong just want to meet our little girl
we have 4d scan next week and a 32 week growth scan as we had ivf ... dont quite know how i got to tri 3 so quickly xx

Sorry to hear about the HB and sore back! Don't be anxious! Try relax and enjoy it. Easier said than done i know.

Oo how exciting for your 4D scan! Hope that comes round quickly for you and can take a little weight off your shoulders so you can feel less anxious. xx

I have been lucky - ever since using this sleep mist - i sleep so well.. rarely need to get up for a wee, only every couple of nights which was the same pre pregnancy!

Dont get too uncomfy at the moment as never notice cause im so sleepy!
No heartburn
No indigestion


Although i often get itchy hands and feet! lol xx

Oh and does anybody sweat alot? I sweat loads in my sleep i feel so grubby every morning! lol xx

i really do hope the weather doesnt pick up until our babys are here!

Id like a little bit of sun! But the rain is so refreshing!

I'm still freezing all the time, as soon as I get home its thick socks and a thick jumper on!

What is this sleep mist hun? I'm sick of getting up in the night...sometimes 7 - 8 x a night. Always shattered for work because of it!

Oh thats odd. I thought we were all sweaty lol. Id love to be cold! And wrap up!
The cussons mum and me sleep mist..
Thought it would be a waste of money.. but its really led me to good sleep since the first night I used it!

Think its on offer at boots atm xx

kelly, my fella did a job for somebody yesterday and his wife was a midwife, she said one of the antenatal classes they organise round here you get to go round the ward and look at everything before ya go in.
think they are defo worth going to save going in there blind at the time of labour x

You should go see. I asked my midwife about the birthing pool and she said I could look at it snd go have a tour. So got the phone number. Knowing my luck.. I wouldnt get to see the pool as somebody will be using it! Xxx
